We are a "Boutique Builder" that specializes in Custom Home Building. We are a full service operation that includes site evaluations, home plan design (CAD), design layouts for the entire home from structural layouts to color pallets. Gunter Custom Homes & Design has a team with over 20 years of combined experience in the construction/design industry. We take the "stress" out of building a custom home. Specializing in high-end design, everyday living, handicap accessibility, and secondary (vacation) homes. At GCH&D, we believe a custom home at any price point should receive "Boutique" service. All aspects of construction and/or design is done in house to eliminate the extra expense of a consultant or interior designer, as all that is in your complete package. We are here to help your project stay on or below budget and on time.

We hired Gunter Custom Homes & Design in May 2013 to build our forever home. We approached them with a wish list, a possible floor plan, a school district, and a budget. They were instrumental in finding the land, securing the sale, and choosing and modifying the floor plan. Our wish list was 100% covered and all within our budget. Leslie got to know us and our tastes and so picking out options for the house was a breeze! Couple the stress of a new build with me being pregnant the whole time and delivering 6 weeks prior to completion and you could have a recipe for disaster. Not with Gunter!! I was able to enjoy both my build and my new baby thanks to Leslie and their team. The whole process has left us with amazing memories and we thoroughly LOVE our Gunter Home!
