Buyer beware! I wouldn’t recommend doing business with GZ Developments. After my recent remodel, I experienced first hand the lack of professionalism they provide. They cut corners on materials, ignored details and installed things incorrectly. Several items were installed incorrectly forcing me to hire my own professionals to fix their mistakes. Couple examples; range hood was installed using different sized piping, dishwasher not secured, the toilet and cabinets were also done incorrectly. One cabinet is actually installed backwards leaving an opening in the back. This project ended up costing close to double what was originally quoted, and when asked to share project expenses, the response was “our software can’t do that”. The lack of transparency, knowledge and attention to detail have ended up costing me more even after the project was completed.

George quoted repairs in my laundry room from water damage. To accommodate our schedules, he came out on a Sunday morning to quote. He is very knowledgeable, gave great suggestions for the remodeling and provided a quote promptly. He uses the same detailed estimating software that insurance adjusters use. This helps immensely when you are haggling with the insurance company over the true cost of the project. He has the detail on the quote down to the penny. He is professional and highly recommended!
