The one and only bathroom (35 sq. ft) in our West Allis bungalow had needed a makeover for years. We initially contacted H3 Construction Group for a 2nd floor project, but the circumstances worked out for them to do the 1st floor bathroom first, while we were on a two week vacation in June. We appreciated that Bob & Tom listened to what we wanted and to the limits of our budget. Good communication throughout. We thank Laura for helping us choose tile, flooring and fixtures. We are very happy with the results and look forward to part 2 upstairs.

Bob and Tom did an excellent job adding blocking and installing my Azek pool deck and railings. I engaged H 3 Construction services in November 2020 and the work was completed on the agreed-upon date of May 1, 2021. They were professional and did a high quality job. I've received numerous compliments from neighbors and family on how great the deck looks.

We initially hired Bob and Tom to replace an old chain link fence with a wooden privacy fence and were so impressed by their workmanship and professionalism. Shortly thereafter, we hired them to remodel our bathroom, fully confident that they could work with what were a somewhat difficult set of parameters. As it is our only bathroom, we needed it to be completed in a pretty compressed time frame (we realized it wasn't going to happen over night, but didn't want to be without a shower for a month). Bob and Tom put in a lot of effort to make sure that each step was completed in a timely fashion. And the final result was (and remains) fantastic. I would trust Bob and Tom to tackle any project, big or small.

We got multiple quotes for our flooring project. Bob and Tom were the only contractors to recommend we leverage the wood flooring we already had in our kitchen and replace the living room carpet to match and refinish the existing flooring, rather than replace the entire space. They are incredibly friendly and professional, offered the best price and their honesty and cost saving recommendations out of the gate won us over. We could not be more pleased with our experience. They will be the first we call for future projects.

They do excellent quality work at a fair cost that will meet the expectations of even the most demanding customer. The pillar looks excellent, the posts fit the design and the upper porch is strong once again! I appreciated your constant communication and follow-through. I am also grateful for the work inside the house on some repairs to the bathroom. You took the time to handle an old house's needs and made sure it was done well and looked good. I know it wasn't easy but you never complained. You were resourceful and used your excellent team to figure what needed to happen and then made it happen. I am especially impressed with the quality of your communication. If there was a problem or delay, you let me know right away. You were respectful of my time and needs and balanced it with the demands of all of your customers. You finished the projects in a timely way! Bob and Tom were amazing to work with on our stairway project. Excellent communication throughout the entire process and excellent craftsmanship. They opened up our stairway entrance, put in new center railing + newel post, and painted the whole stairway including the stairs. We will be working with them again later this year on our kitchen renovation!
