I have worked with Mackenzie for a few years now and it has been a pleasure. The quality she and her team produces is amazing, and she is a blast to work with!

Mackenzie and her company H3 Homes Design and Remodeling remodeled our kitchen in the Fall of 2020. Probably the most important aspect of our remodel was the knowledge that Mackenzie was competent, honest ,and demonstrated a commitment to making sure that everything was finished correctly. We were always impressed by Mackenzie’s energy and the dedication that she put into our project. Our house is from the 50’s and so had several problems come up as construction progressed. Not surprising were some additional costs that came up due to problems outside of the scope of the original bid. The estimates for these were always presented to us first before they were completed. Mackenzie kept us well informed with detailed emails and pictures of the progress of the work. Having to work through COVID certainly did not make anything easier for her. We should note that Mackenzie encouraged us to not stay in the house during construction if at all possible. At the end of the project we would totally agree that not staying in the house was an excellent idea and strongly suggest to other potential clients of her company to do the same if at all possible. The project was finished on time and all of the small touch ups that are at the end of all projects were also finished. The workmanship is excellent and the cost matched the original bid. Mackenzie worked with us on a bathroom, laundry room, and garage remodel. We had a wonderful experience right from the first contact. Mackenzie quickly came out to see the spaces, received bids from her subcontractors promptly, and was ready to start right when she said she would be. Mackenzie communicated every day about the project status and quickly problem solved when we ran into a couple of snafus once walls were opened up. We felt really comfortable with all of the subcontractors that Mackenzie proposed and everyone was very professional while in our home. The project came in on time and on budget which was wonderful after having prior experiences where that didn't happen. We can't wait to work with Mackenzie again when we tackle another bathroom remodel and feel so lucky that she was recommended to us.

Mackenzie is absolutely amazing! I was lucky enough to sell a home that she had remodeled top to bottom as well as have her do a kitchen remodel. She is without a doubt the best contractor that I have worked with! Not only are her ideas, attention to detail and work ethic amazing, but the time in which she was able to make these projects happen was mind blowing. I will continue to recommend her for any job, big or small. You won't be disappointed!

Mackenzie was a pleasure to work with. She has an eye for design and did a fantastic job on our kitchen, master bathroom, guest bathroom, new flooring and re-tiling our fireplace. She was able to complete the project in just over one month, which is unheard of! Our house looks brand new, and the quality of work is great. She has great insights and recommendations, and we trusted her opinion. We cannot recommend her enough.

My husband and I purchased a home that also included a guest home. The guest home was in ill repair. My husband and I searched for a company who would do the remodel for a fair price but would capture the time period in which this guest home was originally built. We found H3 Homes through a friend and visited several of her remodel projects. We had several contracting companies bid this project which turned into a total remodel and reconfiguration of the 2600 square foot guest house. H3 Homes bid was very competitive to other bids. Ms. Aleman has an eye for detail and has a unique way of expressing her thoughts and opinions so that we were able to understand her perception of the direction for our guest home. She has an acute eye for detail and scheduling that kept our project on schedule and within our budget. We have another remodel project that we are going to hire H3 Homes again and highly recommend this contractor for all of your design and remodel needs.

H3 Home Design hired us to do HVAC work for a couple of projects. It was really easy to communicate and schedule multiple appointments along the way. The company owner is really responsible and knowledgeable and knows how to get work done. I highly recommend to work with H3 Home Design & Remodel!

Mackenzie did an excellent job contracting our bathroom repair. We had a leak in the lining under our shower drain pan and she coordinated the repair and made sure the tile, glass and more were replaced perfectly. Thanks so much for all of your help!
