Hipolito and his team have done another excellent job on our 1970s house. We had them repaint the exterior of our house as part of a new deck project, where they also painted and stained the deck built by Eric S Perry Design and Build. Hipolito's team’s quality is impeccable, and we are so happy to have him doing the paint work on our house. Hipolito is professional, super nice and it is a pleasure to work with him. We have also had him do previous drywall repair and paint work when we had a roof leak from hurricane rains a couple of years ago. The work was so good, that it is impossible to tell there was any damage at all. I would not hire anyone else other than Hipolito for my painting. Highly recommended!

Hipolito and his crew replaced some siding on my home that had rotted over the years. He was careful, thorough and cleaned up the work area after he was finished. His price was competitive and he was responsive to my concerns and questions. I would hire him again.

We have hired this contractor 3 times, each project bigger than then last: a small cabinet, a master bedroom, and most recently the kitchen, family room, foyer, stairwells and halls. We will certainly contact them again when we have a need. We found Hipolito and his crew to be very professional, punctual, and diligent to be sure we were completely satisfied. We were concerned about color and sheen since this most recent project involved a large percentage of our living area and the color needed to coordinate with cabinetry and adjacent rooms. Hipolito went above and beyond by bringing in color-matched paint samples in different sheens to be certain the new wall color was exactly what we wanted. With a crew of five, they painted our ceilings (some 2-story), walls, and all the trim/molding after carefully fixing several drywall cracks. They were careful to protect our furniture, cabinets, floors, light fixtures, and adjacent rooms during the process. They did the job right and within the timeframe we discussed. Five stars!

I've had the pleasure of having Hipolito work for me on numerous occasions concerning painting, general repair work and decks and he and his team are Fantastic. HJ Painting and Home Improvement power washed the front and porches of 16 townhouses in Carrboro. The work was thorough, efficient and timely, and the price was very reasonable. The fronts of the townhouses face North so there is more accumulation of mildew than the southern exposure. HJ cleaned that and the dust to make the houses like new. The men took items off the porches to pressure wash and put them back as they found them. They are also careful not to harm the planting around the houses.. I highly recommend HJ and look forward to having them back to pressure wash the entirety of all the houses when needed.

Mr. Juarez and his crew stripped the finish off my deck for half the price that another company quoted me. They showed up on time, completed the work in a timely manner, and cleaned up when they were done. His company also painted the first floor of my house and the upstairs hallway several years ago. It was a 2 day job. They set up scaffolding to reach the high ceilings, did 2 coats, and took everything down and cleaned up when they were done. Very professional and high quality work. When I wasn't satisfied with one wall, he came back and repainted it himself within a few days. Great experience.

HJ Painting came to our home in May 2015. The exterior was in bad shape, thanks to a previous paint job that was, to say the least, subpar. HJ did a thorough job restoring the exterior of our 1920s home, carefully removing peeling paint and doing the job properly. A carpenter on the HJ team also restored some rotting wood panels. Every workman on our job was polite and pleasant to be around. All of the work was excellent and, while not inexpensive, did come in under HJ's original estimate. I do not readily recommend contractors because I'm not sure about other people's priorities, but I recommend this contractor.

Hipolito and his team were wonderful to work with! He was quick to respond and get out to our house for a quote. He was very reasonably priced. When his team came out to paint, they were so professional and kind. They took great care of my house while they were in it and made sure to clean up after themselves before the left. The house looked great after they were finished. I am a real estate agent, and I have used them for some of my listings. My clients received the same wonderful service. They make it very easy for me to recommend them to others!

HJ Painting did an excellent job for us in all aspects of our renovation. The paint job was outstanding; working with the owner of the company and his employees was extremely pleasent; the job was completed as presented in a timely and complete manner and HJ Painting made every effort to accommodate our wishes. HJ Painting painted many rooms inside my home and the exterior as well over the course of several years as separate projects. They were conscientious and detail oriented. They worked quickly and efficiently and with minimal disruption. Everything was protected well and moved back in place accurately when the painting was complete. I highly recommend them.
