Homan Inc. is simply the best choice when building or remodeling your dream home. Chuck is professional, honest, and fair! While remodeling can be a slow and tedious process, our family was impressed with his quick correspondence (especially on the weekends and after hours) and ability to easily work and manage the building process with exquisite attention to detail . When selecting the perfect contractor for your home project, we learned how important it is the trust his/her decisions and recommendations, and Chuck went above and beyond in providing us with quality service. Chuck was great to work with and he excelled in in all aspaects. Easy t negotiate with , took his time. He acertained our desires and set up the contract and the allowances to match our desires and budget. He followed the contract and notified us early of any changes. his accounting was was well organized and very transparent. His change order process was clear and precise. His subcontractors were all high quality and responsive to our desires. Similarly his recommended suppliers were helpful and came though even with the Covid difficulties. Chucks scheduling was good. he cycled the subs through and there was very little dead time. We are very happy with Chuck Homan and we feel he provided and high quality house at a fair price. We do not hesitate to recommend him.

Chuck was quick to provide support structures inside my home, both upstairs and downstairs, until the work could be completed the following summer. Project costs were kept to agreed values and Chuck was able to suggest different options when we had questions or ran into unexpected issues. Work was done in accordance with city regulations ensuring piece of mind for resale and safety. We would hire Homan, Inc in the future.

We had three bidders compete for the construction of our new detached garage. Chuck Homan was not the low bidder, but his reputation as a fair and competent contractor pushed his bid to the top. The project ran from late April through early September. We were pleased with the communication through the project and only had one change order related to dirt work on the driveway to the new garage. Upon completion we were able to immediately start using the new space and have been very happy with the result. We would recommend Homan Inc. for work in South Central Alaska, and would consider Homan Inc. for any further work at our place.
