As excited as we were to get our flooring redone, we were also overwhelmed with it. Coriey & Lacey were absolutely fabulous at walking us through the process, and helped us make the right choices. Of course, when it comes to execution, there are always surprises and this was no exception. Getting over the challenges together as a team is what makes the end of project shine. Brody and his team were phenomenal at their job and the finishing details showed not only their skills, but also that they cared. My experience with Coriey, Lacey and the Home Envy team was simply outstanding! We undertook a major renovation at the onset of COVID-19, including a new kitchen, new hardwood on main and upper floors with three staircase, new paint colour from dark to light on main and upper floors, new baseboards, new interior doors and new fireplace. Coriey, Lacey and I worked as a team to create my vision, set expectations and address any challenges. I had full confidence in every tradesperson that worked on and created our new home. Coriey and Lacey are superior communicators and were engaged at every step. When they say that you will be 100% satisfied, they mean it. I give them my highest recommendation.

We stopped by Home Envy based on some recommendations in our community and Coriey and Lacey let us know that they do Ikea kitchens (which is what we were looking for). Coriey stopped by, took some detailed measurements and noted a number of things down. Broke all of it down to a super detailed quote and made sure to call out one unknown cost in floor levelling that could be a little or a lot depending on how uneven our floors were (we wouldn't know until the carpet was out). Feeling like this is the time to do it (Covid keeping us home so we wouldn't have to worry about keys and letting trades in and out), we decided to go ahead. Kitchen from Ikea was delivered and Chris from Home Envy took all the boxes over to their kitchen installer. Basically had only a few boxes stored here so that was nice. Demolition started shortly after that andf rom there, it was watching trades come in and out one after the other. While you could attempt to play proj. manager, no way you can sequence the trades (at least good ones) to come in that quickly. Finally, with perfectly level floors, kitchen masterfully installed, we were done and everything was exactly as quoted (except for items we knowingly added on). Can't stress enough how well this went. Yes, there were (tough) decisions to be made. Yes, it's an investment but the finished product makes we wish we bit the bullet sooner. Thank you Coriey and Lacey! Until we do the upstairs...

I won a contest with this company

I applied for a contest Floor Envy put out, to get new flooring for a first responder (my father works for the Surrey Fire Department). Fortunately we won, and were overjoyed with the new carpets! Frank came and measure each room and installed the under padding and carpets efficiently and professionally within the next two days. He was a very nice man and I would recommend him and his company to anyone looking to buy or get their flooring redone! Thank you again Frank, we love the new floors!

We came across Floor Envy when our first contractor bailed on our job the same day it was to be installed (flaky installers). Coriey & Lacey quickly picked up the slack and took on our job. They were fantastic throughout the whole process, very knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating, The crew that installed the floor were equally as accommodating and professional. I can't stress enough how important it is to have competent installers and a contractor who is timely in their responses. Coriey was always available to answer questions through the whole project. Excellent customer service. The end result was spectacular, we are very happy and would not hesitate to use Floor Envy again or recommend to friends and family.

Floor Envy recently installed luxury vinyl in every room on the main floor of my home. We were super happy with all the design advice they gave. They also were really quick to answer questions and always great to talk to. Their installer was top notch and made everything easy. We hardly had to move anything - the installer moved our furniture himself as he took out the old floor and put in the new floor. It could not have been easier. The flooring is top quality, the installer was vastly experienced (which makes all the difference). We are very happy with the whole experience and, of course, the final result. Would highly recommend Floor Envy!

We were very happy with the end results of our reno. We did a kitchen/family room/powder room reno, and replaced all the flooring on our main floor. They stuck to the budget, and worked within our budget. The workmanship on the flooring, cabinetry, plumbing, and lighting were all excellent, as were the products themselves. The project did take much longer than we had initially planned for, however the original timeline did seem quite ambitious, and we added a few things on. We did wind up having to follow up on some things more than anticipated, and found there was some lack of communication around certain things, which is the only thing that prevented us from giving 5 stars.

The flooring in our basement was a mix of old carpet and tile. Once we decided to replace with laminate, we were extremely happy with the recommendations and professional installation from Floor Envy. They were able to recommend a gorgeous product that met our needs without breaking the bank, and even let us take samples home to view in a different lighting. Once the installation started, they kept us up to date on the project, finished quickly and left our place looking beautiful - you would never know there was tile under parts of it. It looks seamless.

For flooring, this team is second-to-none! We installed nearly 2000 sq ft of engineered hardwood and did a full fireplace renovation. The workmanship was excellent and we're very happy with the results. Would have been 5 stars but through the process we were often left uncertain of the next steps as we never had a clear schedule, and we had to put more effort into managing details than we had anticipated.
