Juan and his team did a great job. We remodeled an apartment on the beach including the flooring, ceilings, bathrooms and kitchen. Juan helped us obtain our permits for the work, and handled all the inspections. Juan kept the project on time and on budget and made things easy for us.

We started the process in April 2016 After numerous site visits to scope out the work - learn what I wanted, explain what needed to be done & how it would be completed. I was very comfortable & pleased with their proposal, budget & timeline. For the most part I turned over the condo to them to do the remodeling. They were great sending me progress reports & pictues & very responsive to me. All issues, set backs or changes were met with positive attitude The project was promised to be completed by September For the most part - it was completed on time & on budget I am very pleased with my 'new' home The team was professional, respectful of me & my home I would highly recommend Home Interior Services

We wanted to convert our 3 bd apartment to 4 bd apartment . We live in Aventura in high rise condo with very strict HOA so it was a challenge. We needed permits and board approval and very good and reliable contractor that knows how to work with the city and HOA. We interviewed about 10 different contractors back and forth but only home interior services came with detailed plan, knowledge and confidence. Juan the owner of home interior services was the one we spoke with at the beginning of the project and he was the one we spoke with regarding every step during the project. What we liked about Juan is his levels of communication, responsibility and quality. He always made sure that we are satisfied. Everything we planned and agreed upon he accomplished. He never asked for additional funds claiming it wasn't part of the plan. What else can we say.. he is good guy, trustfully and professional. We will definitely use him again and send all our friends to him. If you would like more pictures of the job he did at my apartment we will be happy to send them. Juan - thanks again we are very happy!!!

Juan Pablo and his crew did the refurbishment of my apt in Miami (floors, closet and painting). They were hands-on with the paperwork (licenses, etc), delivered before the schedule, made themselves available to speak to me whenever I needed (particularly important for me, as I do not live in the country), and paid good attention to the details. The result was just beautiful. Very professional, pro-active and experienced team. I would certainly recommend.

I hired Home Interior Services back in August 2014 to do a full remodeling job of my new apartment . I spoke with Juan Pablo initially to show me some of his past jobs and references. Once I saw his level of detail and workmanship, I proceeded with taking out the necessary permits and begin the project. The crew was very knowledgable, skillful and extremely fast. We started in September and by the end of October the project was completed to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this company to do your remodeling job due to their honesty, expertise and budget friendly. They will work with your budget and give you money saving tips. I definitely give the Five Stars.

We hired Home Interior Services for a full apartment remodel and it was really the best experience I ever had doing construction/remodel work in Miami. The apartment was in its original condition from 1970's and we've done a complete remodel including changing several wall structures, completely opening the kitchen, replacing all plumbing and electrical through out the apartment, installing new porcelain tile inside the apartment and balcony, custom building the new kitchen, 2 bathrooms, placing washer and dryer inside unit and many other improvements. They provided great insights and recommendations through this process. We are not only extremely happy with the outcome, but it was also a pleasure to work with the entire Home Interior Services team who demonstrated a high level of professionalism at all times. All the personnel doing the job from the general contractor to the plumber, electrician, etc showed to be very knowledgeable giving us the confidence that the job was being very well done and following all city and building latest code and standards. They've also done the job and delivered the apartment in the specified timeline. I would definitely hire them again for any remodeling work. Highly recommended!!!!
