Could not be happier with Homestead. We recommend them to anyone we know doing a remodeling project. Their attention to detail, their expertise, and their communication with us throughout the entire process was excellent. Hands down we will be using them again.

Our experience working with Tom was excellent. The task at hand was to install a plywood subfloor in our attic. The project took about 9 days all in all. Tom's attention to detail and familiarity with older houses (ours is 1914) put us at ease. And with an older house, we knew there would be surprises uncovered along the way. By way of superb communication through the Builder Trend app, the surprises were well communicated to us in real time throughout the project. Pictures, descriptions of the work being performed and a running project total cost were always at our fingertips. Nothing was done without our approval through the app first, or a face to face walk through with Tom to explore options of what steps to take next. As the project progressed, we ended up adding structural stability and taking care of a few electrical hazards that came with the house. Whether through the app or in person, Tom was always professional and honest. With his knowledge and experience, we felt comfortable with his recommendations. When future projects arise, he'll be our first contact again.

Homestead Remodeling & Construction was the BEST contractor I have ever worked with, and we have had several. After a mold/water abatement due to unexpected water leak left by a renter, Tom put 2 bathrooms back together by doing a partial remodel on them, including flooring, walls, paint, installing vanities, toilets, sinks, and matching trim. Tom was on time, responsive, professional, and followed through on every aspect. He paid attention to detail, even taking time to re-hang a loose towel bar (which wasn't part of the job). His quote on both time and money needed to do the job was accurate. He was easily reachable by phone, text, and email. The BEST part, was that he gave me regular email updates on the project. He went above and beyond with the cleanup of the project, so I could put it back on the market asap. He went above and beyond to get the project done quickly for us so that we could list it again as soon as possible. I would absolutely HIGHLY recommend Homestead with no reservations. 5 stars for sure.

Tom was great. We hired him to address some sagging joists in our basement. Prompt. Professional. A pleasure to interact with. Reasonable cost. Will hire again.

I hired Tom Frawley from Homestead to replace the roof on our house and install a new water heater. Tom got me a quote very quickly and was able to get the subcontractors lined up to start right away. His pricing was competitive, and his attention to the project was very reassuring and helpful. I will definitely be working with Tom and Homestead again in the future.

Homestead Remodeling did a great job finishing our basement for us after we had a serious flood. They were patient and worked with us as we expanded the scope of work significantly over time. They gave us good suggestions and helped us talk through what materials we would want/not want to use in a basement space. They were responsive to design requests and custom designed an under the stairs storage area, half wall shelf and laundry cabinet/counter to hide our machines from view that we just love. We also used their paint color consultant and she was top notch as well. When we had questions or issues moving forward they were very responsive and came over to our house to help us trouble shoot. We are moving soon and would hire Homestead again for future work in our new home.
