My company has worked with Todd since 2015. Up till 2019 he paid his bills, and was pleasant to work with. I cannot get him to respond to emails, text or phone messages for the balance owed on his account. You can never trust a contractor that cannot pay his bills.

Todd's professionalism is great; he's polite and kind, highly responsive, very good about communicating budget info, and the work quality is fantastic. His entire team was friendly and courteous. This would have been a 5-star rating except that, due to staffing issues, our project took significantly longer than expected. Todd was apologetic about this, and I'm told the staffing issues have since been corrected. The work they did was beautiful!

Hope Restoration and General Contracting was remarkable. They promised our home would be constructed by mid-August. The home was completed three months earlier than in the contract. The quality of construction was also remarkable. One of our friends came to see us a month or so ago and walked around "inspecting" our home. He was quite impressed with the quality of the woodwork particularly. The subcontractors were chosen carefully. They spoke highly of Todd's company and him personally. We were very pleased with the whole process and achieved our starting objectives. Pat was the work foreman on the project and he was chosen wisely. Thank you Pat and Todd for building our new home. We were hired to design a kitchen remodel, and worked with Hope Restoration for the contracting/construction aspect of the project. Todd and his crew were great to work with. They kept the job site extremely clean, kept on schedule, and responded to questions and issues quickly. The work they do is quality and the project turned out great.

I have a historic home in Old Worthington and selected Hope Restoration over other contractors for a kitchen remodel for several reasons. They came highly recommended and when Todd brought the entire team to my home to review the project which enable him to provide a detailed scope of work and estimate not missing a mark, incorporating every detail, i knew i had made the right choice. From day one, the level of communication from Todd, Tim and Pat was exceptional. I work from home, and was able to navigate work and daily life throughout the entire project which enhanced the appreciation of the progress. The team was punctual, courteous, neat and creative throughout the project which was great for my peace of mind. Day one, demolition uncovered a 190 year old beam. Rather than take it down, Tim worked with me on a new design to tie in the old with the new. I felt as if he was working on his own home, making suggestions and collaborating with the team. The result far exceeded my expectations. The project was completed on time considering a few tweaks and changes made along the way. Friends and family who knew the "before" and see the "after" are amazed at end results. When the next project comes I will without hesitation or reservation call Hope.

We hired Hope Restoration for a new front porch/entryway/foyer, as well as updated powder room in 2017. We could not be more pleased with the results from Charlie. Each portion of the project was completed to our satisfaction and looks terrific--we have received a ton of compliments already from friends and neighbors and are enjoying our "new look." Charlie kept us updated on his progress throughout the project, which was great for our peace of mind and for planning purposes, and was adaptable and flexible if we changed our mind during the project. We had the pleasure of working with Todd and his crew. We did almost a complete gut renovation on our victorian home. Every person we encountered was great to work with. From Charlie who started the project doing the demolition to Pat working on the finishing touches. The thing we were most impressed by was their attention to detail. We made some bold changes to a historic home and they help tie the victorian charm with modern touches.

He was incredibly patient with my questions and provided valuable feedback to help with decision making. Tim made sure to keep me informed on project progress and concerns, and is generally a wonderful craftsman. He did fantastic work and I am incredibly pleased with the outcome. Our remodel project included the kitchen, full bath, removing a wall, refinishing wood floors (including adding some to match), updating a second bath, and some general odds and ends. Everything was quoted and completed in a realistic time frame, and on budget! I am glad I chose to work with Hope Restoration and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The professionals at Hope Restoration have completed many projects for me, all with a high level of conscientiousness, respect, and quality. Hope is capable of everything from demolition to high end renovations; we've used their services to completely renovate a 100-year-old farm house, as well as to demolish old barns, and the list goes on. Hope Restoration did an amazing job framing our great room windows and adding board and batten to our half bath. The attention to detail was amazing and the work was top notch. Todd always responded to my emails right away and the whole process was a very positive experience. We're planning to use them again when we finish our basement. I would highly recommend them!

We worked with Todd and the rest of the Hope Restoration team last year, they finished up our project in May of this year. We put on a two story addition which included a crawl space basement, family room, mud room, master bedroom, bathroom and laundry. We also had our floors refinished, kitchen cabinets painted and new floors put in our kitchen to match the original wood floors. We were very happy with Hope and their work from the beginning to the end of our project. If we ever had questions or needed something Todd or Pat were there to answer our questions. We stayed on budget throughout the project. We did end up making a few small changes throughout the project and they were incredibly accommodating and upfront with how it would effect the timeline and budget. Our project began on time and finished on time as well. Todd's team was here when he said they would be and would always contact us if they were not able to be at our home when they said they would. I was impressed with how clean the entire team left our home throughout the entire project. They kept our house impeccably clean considering all the work we had done. I have been through several construction projects and our project was by far the cleanest I've seen. Our friends and families would comment on how clean and orderly the construction was when they would come and visit. Another thing that we hear about the work Hope did at our home is how well it matches the 70 year old portion of our home. Brenda, Todd and his team worked to make sure that every detail matched between the new section of our home and the original part. Our addition looks like it's always been part of our home, not like it was added 70+ years later. I was also impressed with the other companies Todd worked with as well. I always felt that we were a priority and that our project was of the utmost importance to everyone involved. Scott and I are very happy with the work that was done and we were happy throughout the entire process. Todd and his team got to know our daughters and even our cat! My husband and I would highly recommend Todd and Hope Restoration for a home renovation/expansion project. If we ever have any additional work done at our home we will call Hope Restoration.
