Working with the team at House to Home has been nothing short of phenomenal. My kitchen came out great and I love the pass through window that opens up the whole space into the backyard. The entire process was super smooth. Everything was on time, on budget and the finished product is even better than expected. They will be my first phone call when we do the rest of the house. House to Home did an outstanding job on our whole house remodel. John, Garrett and the team were responsive and great to work with and we now consider them our go to contractors. The workmanship was excellent, and they kept us informed all along the way. We have two new beautiful bathrooms, along with gorgeous flooring, new kitchen cabinets, a new beverage bar, among many other upgrades to our home. This was our first experience with a remodel, and we now know how fortunate we were to partner with H2H after meeting and getting quotes from several other contractors. They are a pleasure to work with, even when normal remodeling challenges occurred. Fantastic customer service isn’t about not having challenges – it’s about how those challenges are handled. John and the team handled any challenges that came up with grace, professionalism, competence, and friendliness. They were committed to ensuring we were happy with the outcome no matter what. I had a wonderful experience working with House to Home. I had very specific design requirements and a vision for creating my ideal shower and they worked with me every step of the day. Every part of the crew from the designers to the builders and project leads were very professional, communicative, and helpful in my project. Raquel and Steve in particular were fantastic at helping me and answered all questions I had. They were very honest about the timeline and delivered what they promised. I would recommend them to anyone.

We really enjoyed working with John and his team for our home remodel. In addition to quality work, John provides a great vision for the project that helped us pull our ideas together. We also really appreciate that they are super responsive whenever we contact them regarding small issues that needs attention and find their customer service top notch! We took many bids, and they were not the cheapest. However, we found that you get what you pay for and they are a full service provider from design concept to completion.

I'm really enjoying the extensive remodeling of my house (design through construction) by House to Home (H2H), especially my master bathroom, kitchen, and open living space, which were all reconfigured and were the main sub-projects (besides all new roof, windows, flooring, lighting, cabinetry, appliances, etc., all recommended and supplied through H2H). All the major design changes down to the minor in-process changes/adaptations that were necessary due to unforeseen issues, turned out more satisfying than originally planned. Having a single-contact project manager at H2H overseeing all the work from beginning to end also made it much simpler and easier for me throughout the process. I wouldn't hesitate to use H2H again for any future project. (Note: I waited six months after project completion before writing this review in order to provide feedback based on living in the remodeled house.)

House to Home remodeled our 2 kids bedrooms, playroom, and added 2 new bathrooms. The work was done professionally, on schedule, and with quality craftsmanship. Our job foreman (Pat McCaroll) was excellent. He visited the project almost daily and made sure his guys and the sub-contractors were held to a high standard. They cleaned up after themselves daily and did their best to limit the disruption to our home. The owner (John Hayes) was always available to discuss any concerns and make sure our expectations were being met. The most impressive part of working with House to Home was their customer service and commitment to quality. With every construction job, there are always small items that come up after completion - paint touch ups, small repairs, or adjustments that the homeowner notices after the fact (ie. the punch list). Pat and House to Home came back repeatedly and cheerfully to make sure we were 100% happy. I would highly recommend this contractor for any job, big or small.

The crew (all of them) are professional, competent, friendly, and work as a team. Because this remodel went so well, we continued to use them for other projects throughout our home and with the same satisfied results. House to Home did an addition on our 1945 house. We wanted a second bathroom added to the house. One of our concerns was that we also wanted the addition to look like it belonged with the original house. This was the first time we had done an addition, so we needed someone who had patience with us, and all our questions. We found that in House To Home. They also were great at dealing with the permits, inspection, and design questions with our architect. The process of living in the home while they were working on it was an adjustment, but House to Home worked with us, and made it as comfortable as possible. It was well worth the wait to get to the end product. All the people at House to Home; John, Garrett, Pat, Damien, the office staff, and all the professionals in their individual trades, did a great job, and the finished project proves that. We are very happy with our new/old home. The Bath, Bedroom, and new Patio are wonderful additions to our home. Karl and Ralph

After deciding we wanted to upgrade our bathrooms, we soon discovered that finding a good contractor is very difficult. We ran the gambit, getting quotes from large companies that promise a great product at a very low price. We were visited by slick sales people who would tell us what we wanted in order to keep their costs down only to realize that’s not what we wanted. With hindsight to spare, we can now say that remodeling your bathrooms is a very personal experience. You want a contractor you trust in your home, cares about what you want during design, protects your home during construction, keeps you informed every step of the way, and above all, doesn’t call the job finished until you are happy with it. The people at House to Home have done all of the above for us.We would highly recommend them if you are thinking of remodeling your home.
