Did not complete job despite being fully paid. We gave him deadlines to complete the work, and he stopped responding after 3 weeks on the job.

Liz Sexton

Hands down the most efficient, professional and friendly contractors we have worked with. They built both a deck and a fence for us. From bid to completion was about a week on both projects. Their staff is so great and happy - Impact Builds obviously takes great care of their team. Can't recommend these guys enough.

Francisco and his crew were fantastic. The attention to detail is next level with his team. Every little thing is carefully thought through. I love that they can come up with ideas and quickly execute on it. No job seems to be too hard for them since they seem to have every possible tool known to man! I had a hard job in a small space and they made it work great.

We just had our fence done w/ Impact Builds and we could not be happier. They were thorough and communicative and took all of my 'dream board' images of fencing when they came to do the quote. They quoted a couple of different ways and I felt their bids were extremely fair and priced well. Amazing work, extremely professional and polite, they were done in 3 days, and left our property tidy during the entire process. I'm SO glad we did it. We have had so many people come by and ask about them since it was finished. We will definitely look to them again when we need work done on our home.

We use francisco and his team for almost every project, no matter how big or how small. He's done general maintenance, cleaning, etc. to full remodels. His work is clean, professional and he is easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend him for any job.
