John and his crew are AMAZING!!!! Thanks to Incredible Home Improvements we have 2 FABULOUS bathrooms, a BEAUTIFUL roof, and a GORGEOUS kitchen. Their work is amazing!! You just can't ask for anything better.

In 28 years of home ownership, I have never met a contractor like John. Honesty, integrity, expertise, ingenuity, and professionalism - he is the complete package. He thought through the job, provided a reasonable estimate, and did everything he said he would. He led a crew of skilled craftsmen who were themselves very professional - they showed up every day, on time, did quality work, and even worked Saturday. They limited dust by using an upstairs window to create a chute to a dumpster below, and by using drop cloths and plastic to seal off the construction area. John estimated two weeks for the project - a bedroom remodel, including demolition of the entire plaster ceiling, new wiring, lighting, flooring, painting, replacement of attic stairs, new attic flooring, and investigation of a ventilation problem - and he completed it two days early. John always gave me alternatives to deal with unexpected situations - and in a 1913 house, there are many. He wisely recommended complete ceiling replacement, and when he removed the wallboard and plaster, we discovered that the 2x4 ceiling joists were bolted in the middle and would never have supported the weight we'd planned to put on them (storage in the attic above). After giving me an estimate for various alternatives, he replaced the entire joist system in 4 hours! The finished room is a marvel - everything is perfect, right down to the spackling and painting. Can't say enough about John and his team - they are the best.

John and his crew did an amazing job on our basement. They turned it from old and tired into an awesome space we can actually enjoy and utilize. John is very knowledgeable, professional, and he’s always available to reach out to about questions and concerns. His business ethics won us over when he and his dad replaced our roof after Sandy, and priced it fairly when so many other contractors were gouging homeowners. Five years later we called him back to do our kitchen because we trusted in his character, work skills and excellent communications abilities to create a success. Posted photos show the result - we’re extremely happy with the openness, traffic flow, utility and brightness of our main level now - a true transformation. We hired Incredible Home Improvements to re-do our kitchen/dining room/living room in March 2017. John and his staff could not have done a better job. Just recently renovated my kitchen and created a new living space on the lower level of my house. From beginning to end John and the crew of Incredible Home Improvements were a pleasure to work with. Even before telling John we had selected him to do the work, he was sending me photos and ideas for our projects. When the work began the crew was professional and respectful at all times. They arrived on time each morning and ready to begin by 8am. They left the work area neat at the end of each day. The projects were completed quicker than I had expected and came out better than I could have imagined. John and the guys are truly top notch!

Just recently this company redid the siding on my home, 4 windows and a deck and my wife and I could not be happier with the results. John Paoline was extremely professional, respectful and thorough both before the job was started and all through-out.
