Nissim at INM Construction made our new home dream come true. From our first meeting throughout the yearlong whole house remodel I appreciated his creativity, honesty, experience, commitment. I felt I was getting the highest quality work with attention to detail and at a fair price with no surprises along the way. Whenever something went wrong or I was unhappy he always made it right. From his foundation and framing team to all the subs the work was very professional and the house turned out amazing. Nissim and his team are fabulous! A friend recommended them, and they did not disappoint and I have recommended INM to several co-workers, too. I had my kitchen and guest and master bathrooms remodeled and also had cosmetic work done in my living room, dining room, master bedroom, and hallway. They are professional, friendly, and will work with you on your timing and budget. Nissim has a great eye for design and color, and is wonderful at solving problems. He also has a great crew and subcontracts with reliable companies. When I tell people how quickly they remodeled my two bathrooms, they are shocked. It wasn't a small job--the toilet was moved and my stall shower is now a lovely oasis in my small master bath. My kitchen is now a showcase for the first time ever. They also did some other work for me that I wasn't expecting this company to do, and it ended up working out really well, including helping me clean out and organize my garage and putting in a small garden area and stamped concrete pathway in the front of my house, that I am also quite happy with. I highly recommend Nissim and his crew!

We hired Nissim to do a kitchen remodel in 2013. 20 months later and my wife and I could not be more happy with results! The project was completed on time and only a little over budget. Nissim and his crew arrived on time worked hard not to disrupt our family routine. Nissim provided some excellent suggestions which, though adding to the budget, made a huge differences in the quality of the end product! I used INM Construction in remodeling my kitchen. I am very happy with the work quality of their work. The owner Nissim was professional is very knowledgeable and has a lot of passion for what is does. My kitchen now looks magnificent, I love it and would recommend them.

Nissim and his crew were here before 8 and stayed until that day's work was through. (Sometimes until dark). He always up dated us on what was to be done that day and the next. He worried about us staying in our lanai, bedroom, and bath room with our two dogs while the construction was taking place. We updated our kitchen, living room, and dining room which included taking down a load bearing wall. After we signed, the permits were pulled and plans were drawn up. All of his people were very efficient, and hard workers. We love our remodel! Nissim quoted us 6-8 weeks and he finished in 7 weeks.

Nissim and team are as good as it gets. They are always professional and go the extra mile to make sure things are done correctly and to the highest standard. In the rare instance where something does go wrong, Nissim will be right there to put things right. Over the years INM has remodeled our bathroom, built a laundry, converted an office and most recently designed and built our swimming pool and surrounding outdoor space. Very happy!!

Working with Nissim on this beautiful pool was a pleasure, we design an audio system that will bland in the landscape as the customer requested and selected the Sonance Landscape speakers with unbelievable sound quality and Sonos to easily control music from any smart phone, as well as some remote lighting control.
