We hired Inspired Builders to do total remodel of our kitchen encmpasing the removal of the wall between the dinimg aeea and the kitchen. The critera that this contractor was selected among 4 others that I interviewed was the 1st impression of Mr. Barak Tamam, the project maager. of being personable and altruistic. The project proceeds with well planned Managerialism from material selection to final walkthrough.. Notwithstanding, the inevitable contruction issues/concerns were collaborately resolved, in a timely manner. My husband and I are very satisfied with the end result amids the hassel with the constructon dust. I would highly recommend "Inspired Builders" as your contractor regardless of the project scale coz you are in good hands with their honesty and professionalism.

We found Inspired Builders via a Yelp search and they have exceeded expectations. We used them to remodel our kids bathroom -- reconfiguring it while removing tub and closet. Adam, Noa, Walter and the crew were transparent in their communication (WhatsApp group definitely helped :)), efficient (completed the job in under 4 weeks from start of demolition) and a pleasure to work with. They were quick to jump in and fix things when things didn't go as planned. I particularly appreciated this and it showed that they took pride in their work. Inspired Builders exceeded our expectations. They remodeled our entire house—kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, hallways, wet bar, laundry room and flooring throughout the house. They understood our vision and thanks to them we now live in our dream house. Barak oversaw the entire project and was great at responding to all of our questions. We also lived with our three children during the entire project and everyone on the team was always very thoughtful and respectful when it came to giving us our space and privacy. And of course the cherry on top was that they were reasonably priced and helped us to stay (for the most part) on budget.

We had a home remodel for an investment property in Hayward done by a different company, but didn't find out until near the end that they never filed any permits. We hired Inspired Builders to legalize everything. While not the cheapest quote, they did everything they said they would do. It was a pleasure working with David. David saved us many headaches due to his expertise with working with city inspectors, and knowing how to get the project done in a cost effective way. I feel that even though we paid more initially, due to David's expertise, we ultimately saved a lot of money. It was also great that Inspired Builders just took care of everything, which saved me a lot of time. If you're looking for a company to just take care of everything for you, then it would be worth it to pay a little more and go with Inspired Builders.

Our kitchen was transformed beyond our expectations thanks to Inspired Builders. The team is fantastic. During the project we faced challenges with uneven flooring and limited space. The team installed custom cabinets and a smart design that not only solved the flooring issue but also maximized our kitchen's functionality. We just finished a big project with Inspired Builders and I could not be happier with the results. We decided to have one of our bathrooms completely remodeled and the other two upgraded - new tile and toilet in one, new vanity and lighted mirror medicine cabinet in the other two. While this was all happening we also engaged IB to do a complete re-piping of our plumbing, replacing the old galvanized pipes for copper. Everything came out so good! The whole project team was fantastic, but big thanks go to our project manager, Adam. He was always available, either onsite or by phone, and he kept us informed of everything they were doing and what they needed from us to be successful. They did all of that and were still very cost-effective. They are definitely my go-to for any future home remodeling projects.

We recently completed our 3 bathrooms and the kitchen renovation with Inspired Builders. Our project manager, Barak, did an excellent job taking our input and providing us with several options of varying complexity/price. We visited showrooms with Nicole the designer and found materials to our liking amongst a large selection. The full three-dimensional computer rendering of the design options (the renderings included the materials we had selected and appliances we had indicated we were going to use) was particularly useful in making our decision. Choosing the most complex, we were estimated 6–8 week completion time. Barak and his crews completed the work in just 6 weeks. Barak communicated constantly by phone/text/email and was always prompt with answers and options to any questions we had throughout the project. The entire kitchen and pantry were torn down to the frames, walls/post removed, beams installed, water, drains and gas lines were moved. The crews were extremely skilled at their tasks and worked quite fast while maintaining quality and safety. Moreover, in watching the crews work, I could visibly see that they enjoyed their work, and took pride in doing things correctly and completely The kitchen was fully walled off with plastic with a zipper door. The site was swept and cleaned every day. They were particularly diligent in moving our washer/dryer in/out of the house constantly, so we could maintain the use of our laundry as much as possible. As a very curious person, I very much appreciate their patience in my watching them work and answering quite a lot questions about how and why things were done. I would recommend Inspired Builders, Barak , for your next renovation project!

The work of Barak and his team are unmatched. We used Barak a few years ago when we needed to update a bathroom and convert a dinning room into a 4th bedroom. He figured out how to utilize a large garage utility closet and reconfigure the space so that we could have an addition on suite full additional bath. Our home is a custom design and keeping the character while updating rooms was critical. Every detail is managed by him and his team - and even when I wanted to spend $$ on items, he stopped me and found me better solutions at a fraction of the cost. His style and taste are flawless. Years later I brought him back to convert our garage to a storage/wreck room for the family. All soo good. I only wish I had more house for him to work on! Finally - this very expensive toilet we had installed - it stopped working. Almost a year later - I called to ask for a referral of someone to help replace this - and he sent his plumber over to replace and haul away, no charge. First class service! And compared to others, this team is incredibly competitive in price. You won’t get a better package deal of style, quality of work, service and professionalism.

We took multiple quotes and Inspired Builders were far and away the most impressive ; professional quotes, great communication, and set expectations and advised us along the way. It was a real pleasure to work with Inspired Builders on our project. We remodeled our new home in Saratoga. The house had original 1960’s hardwood floor and very outdated kitchen lacking of storage and lighting. The scope of work included kitchen, bathrooms and flooring remodel. David, Barak, Anthony and the team did an excellent job. From day one, they were very thorough and efficient. Their design team created an architectural plan, assisted us with the material selection and got all the permitting from the city done within 6 weeks. David came out within few days and the meeting with him was great- he helped me thinking out of the box and explore the options of new floor plan, so id gain more counter space. He was knowledgeable and productive, taking notes and provided a lot of suggestions so i hired him. When they started construction the team had arrived on time, worked very efficiently and clean, and Jose project manager communicated with us daily. They were able to compete the renovation in 8 weeks, within the timeframe we have received. Usually I don’t like to write reviews, But this time I feel I have to, If I could give 6 stars I would. I bought an apartment in a complex few months ago but I didn’t like the kitchen and the living space. I looked for the right design so I called to Inspired Builders. Barak took the time to understand what we wanted functionally, how we live in our home, and our style preferences. He paid attention to costs and came in well within our budget with a look and feel we would have struggled to pull together ourselves. They did a good job in the construction work as well… all the way from demolition, framing, electrical, plumbing, kitchen layout, cabinets, tile, flooring, drywall, paint, fixtures, finishing, touchups. Including passing all city inspections. They showed to work 8am sharp on scheduled days and complete work in a timely manner once started. Thank you for your patience. I needed to remodel my master bathroom, I searched for a contractor on Yelp. After speaking with multiple contractors, we decided to go with Inspired Builders to remodel our master bathroom in our home in San Jose. We are so happy we chose them. Elinor the designer is very professional and knowledgeable, the ideas she shared with us made it easy for us to design the contemporary style we were wishing for. During the construction when we run into some issues with the electrical wiring when Luis discovered that our son bedrooms sockets aren’t grounded- they immediately called out for the safety issues and offered a solution of repair it in a very efficient and affordable price. Overall from start to finish, Barak stayed on top of our project and did the exact job we asked for. We received a referral from my daughter’s friend who had worked with them in the past and highly recommended. Initially, we met with a couple of other local companies for the sake of research and price comparison, but because of the referral and the fair pricing- we knew that Inspired Builders are the one we want to work with. The customer service provided throughout the remodeling period was very personalized and thoughtful. All together we had a team of 15 professionals working on our project. That included the designer, architect and engineer at the pre-construction phase, and the professional crew who performed the construction work. Our scope of work was a kitchen and bathroom remodeling, added a bathroom and laundry room, hardwood floor installation new lighting throughout the house. We were very impressed with the team`s rate of progress and noted that they showed up to work every single day. Every time when we faced a challenge- the management had informed us and always came up with a solution, we felt very confident working with their team. At the first meeting we very much liked his honesty, he was very thorough and polite. The quote was competitive within our budget, so we decided to hire him and his team. Their designer helped us pick out the materials, created a very realistic 3D rendering and took care of all the permitting, which took away a lot of stress from us. They covered my floors and my bed to protect from the dust and kept my house clean, they even sent cleaners after they done for a deep cleaning. I’ve worked with Inspired Builders last winter and it was a pleasant experience. My dad is a retired GC and I am familiar with the process but due to my busy work schedule I did not have much time to run the project or be involved. David, the project manager and his folks done an amazing job. They communicated daily, kept my house clean and worked really fast on my bathroom. The tile guy is one of the best I’ve seen. We hired Inspires Builders to renovate our bathroom earlier this year. My wife wanted to upgrade our outdated bathroom and install a stand alone tub. David was our project manager, he was very professional and detailed oriented addressing all our questions and concerns. Their team doing an amazing job. For example: the project contained massive plumbing work (since we’ve never had a tub so they had to add new pipes). The guys had to open the ceiling downstairs but they were able to patch and match the drywall perfectly, it looks like it never opened! That is professionalism I truly appreciate. Searching for a contractor was extremely stressful for me since it was my first time doing such a project. I scheduled an appointment with 4 contractors that I found online and one of them was Barak from Inspired builders. Barak was very kind and thorough which I found very valuable due to my lack of experience. He asked me a lot of questions that helped me understand what I am searching for my bathroom remodel. Then, he explained me about the pricing and what is going to happen during the project. I felt super comfortable with him then I went ahead and signed the contract. The project started with few design meetings in my house. Tal, the designer prepared a 3D rendering for my bathroom which I found very helpful. Inspired Builders took care of all the permits and paper work and within a month we started the project. The project was exactly as Barak initially explained me- the team was very polite as him, and kept my house clean, they even covered my bed. Barak was communicating with me almost every day and made sure I am aware of the schedule and ok with what happening, for example, I’m working from home and I have a lot of meeting, he always asked me if the team can make noise what what would be the time frame. I really appreciated that. I highly recommend to work with inspired builders. As many fears I had before starting the project- I felt so comfortable and confident with them that I feel like I found my contractor for long term. Barak came in the scheduled time and he was very pleasant and informative, he had ideas that I liked and his quote was in my budget so I accepted it. Allen, the designer took me to a shopping session, helped me choosing cabinets and appliances and got all the permits which I found very helpful. David the foreman and the workers were very professional and hardworking, they came on time and cleaned my house every day before they leave. Thanks to Barak I noticed that everything was under control. Everything was working great so I also decided to update my guest bathroom. Allen the designer helped me purchasing tiles and plumbing fixtures and they were able to start right before they finished the kitchen. The final result is beyond the expectation. My bathroom is very well done and I’m super happy. Overall I had a very positive experience and I’m very pleased with the result. I worked with Inspired builders on my master bathroom remodeling back in 2021. I met David the project manager at the first meeting and he was very professional and honest. The estimate was very reasonable and fair, so after interviewing several companies I hired David and Inspired builders. We started with design, the designer was very thorough helping me choose my tiles and fixtures and took care of the permitting. David was often in my house running the project along with Antony the foreman and the crew. They were very professional and clean making sure my bed cloths are covered and protected. The project turned out exactly as I imagined and I am enjoying my new bathroom every day. I am planning to remodel my second bath next year and I will definitely call David again. Highly recommended!!
