Edit they got in contact and they replaced the windows that were defective. (They will avoid all type of communications after installation I can't even get in contact with anybody for the warranty)

I could not be happier with the installation of a new shower by Install America. From the initial meeting with sales rep Michael to the installation by Raphael and Varushka, everything was accomplished with the utmost care, thoroughness, and professionalism. I was tremendously impressed with the install team previously mentioned. They took the greatest care to see that the job was done perfectly and in a timely fashion. The installation was in fact done a full month earlier than scheduled, and took three days to complete. All of the material was delivered on time with nothing missing. The representatives from the company, Mike and David, were in touch all during the job, and were very helpful from start to finish. The shower is beautiful and functions perfectly. I would recommend Install America for any and all of the jobs they offer. They are the best company that I have dealt with for anything having to do with home remodelling.

The crew showed up on time- weather was an issue on scheduling but didn't detract from the work completed. Full new roof. Clean up after was impeccable- all area front and back was gone over with magnet to get all nails /screws that may have landed on the lawns. the crew was mindful of my property and the siding on dormer windows.

I had 3 large windows installed. (1 in kitchen, 1 in dining room and 1 in the living room). The windows were made in about 4-5 weeks and installation was in 6 weeks. 2 guys arrived and completed installation in approximately 4-5 hours. I was sick that day and laid on the couch most of the day sleeping, but would check on them occasionally. Not once did they wake me due to noise. The windows are so nice and they have already saved me money. The Sun does not overheat the house any more. Thank you so much! Terry

Today was the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had with any professional company. Not only did the manager Michael not honor the contract, he said they should not have offered the contract to me. We signed a job for 14,000.00 with 1/3rd payment down. The sales representative Justin said he thought they would be more professional and not just call to cancel the service the day before the job was to begin. I had to cancel my check for the nearly 5 thousand dollar deposit which cost an additional $30.00s. Michael said that he needed an additional 6,000.00 to do the work. Not sure how anyone could be 6K off from an estimate and stay in business. No apologies from management just a call from the representative saying he’s never seen anything like this before.

I'd like to share my disappointment and frustration with the recent bathroom remodeling project that Install America completed for me. The project was signed on October 29, 2022, started on January 12, 2023 and was supposed to be completed within 1-2 weeks. However, the project did not finish until March 27, 2023, taking over 2.5 months instead of the promised timeline. This significant delay caused me a great deal of inconvenience as it disrupted all my life plans. Additionally, living on the construction site for 2.5 months was unhealthy and stressful, which exhausted my nerves. Furthermore, I was disappointed with the lack of from the assigned project manager. The project manager never called back to provide updates on the project's progress, which left me in the dark about the timeline for completion. To make matters worse, after agreeing on the cost of the project, the salesperson added an additional $10K, referring to the fact that something was forgotten. This is unprofessional and unfair. Quality and quantity of work performed does not match the cost of the project, and I feel that I am being overcharged for services that were not adequately provided and while I have attempted to address my concerns with management, I have been met with resistance and have not received an itemized bill that justifies the charges. In response to these inconveniences, Install America graciously installed two additional niches (that were already in the contract), which is not adequate compensation for the stress and inconvenience caused. The $500 compensation was also insufficient. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Install America. I do not recommend Install America to anyone. Stay away from them. Install America is simply amazing. They redid my kitchen and it turned out fabulously. Both the superbly terrific team and the wonderful workmanship surprised me with the expertise and hard work they put in. My kitchen was old and gross. The new one is just fantastic. I feel like i can be proud of my house again. I have an island for more space and a built in dishwasher, a dream of mine for a long time. Now i have to paint it. Fun! I love everything about my kitchen -- and Install America. If you're thinking about a kitchen redo, do it with these guys. You'll be as happy as i!

Needs little more communication between the people who run the job and the installers they were asking me what was to be done. Shouldn’t they have known before they arrived? Didn’t like that there didn’t seem to be much transparency about financing either.

Quite impressed. For a old home he made it look good with what he could do from past owner an being a older house.

I received a call from Install America from seeing their advertisement. We were interested in getting a roof replacement before Winter. The old roof went thru too many Winters' already! This is a 2 and 1/2 story home that has a steep roof with several huge gables and valleys which was a difficult job to replace. It was a job for the experts to handle. The salesperson was knowledgeable, and a contract was agreed upon. The materials that were used was the best quality and should last our lifetime. We appreciated the roofers, they worked from sun-up until dark four days straight, completing the job just before the rain and snow arrived. They did a fantastic job removing the old roofing, installing the new roof on the main house and front and back porches. Reinstalling the gutters and cleaning up. The job went great from start to finish. All the Install America representatives answered all our questions and sent us pictures of our beautiful roof. We will recommend them to our family and friends. Thanks so much.

After contacting Install America about a quote their sales rep came and provided a thorough and comprehensive evaluation and provided a quote that I was happy with. After the material was ordered and arrived within a week the installation guy (Tyler) showed up and began the demo. Over the next couple of days he completed the shower rip out and rebuilding of a new one. He was on-time every day, very courteous and polite, and did an excellent job, as well as the cleanup. Was a pleasure to work with, and when I can I have another bathroom that I will want remodeled, and Install will be my go-to company. Feel very comfortable recommending them.
