My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

About Us

Construction Company, Remodeling, Residential & Commercial Project. International Builders, Inc is a firm that serves the greater Boston area, Cape-Cod, Rhode Island and also project overseas since 1994 that was founded for distinguished architect and company owner Silvano Charles Malafaia and family members that work along with him, his son Marcel Malafaia that is a civil engineer graduated at R.I.T he is one of the project managers, his wife Elizabeth Malafaia is ahead of the human resources and financial department, together they created a family business that offers a high-end level of construction and design with an extended portfolio and numerous residential & commercial projects.

Awards

Concord Historical Preservation Award for Proper Rehabilitation and Restoration. We are proud to be the recipient of The 2018 Historical Society Award in Concord for the restoration of an iconic building which was as a result of team work effort, dedication and innovative ideas.

I cannot recommend working with Charles Malafaia. We had a negative and emotionally exhausting experience dealing with him. I realize everyone has different experiences, ours was not good.

International Builders and specifically Marcel Malafaia have done a fantastic job on several projects for our family’s home, including a full kitchen gut and remodel when we first moved in plus new floors, interior painting, and exterior improvements. Marcel is highly knowledgeable, responsive, and collaborative, and his team delivers the highest quality craftsmanship consistently. Each time working with Marcel and IB we felt we were looked after attentively and honestly, with no efforts spared to give us the very best result possible.
