Iowa Home Consulting focuses on undoing the poor reputation of the contracting industry through dedication to quality and customer service. Matthew Bradner, Iowa Home Consulting's founder and manager has been a lifelong member of the Ames, Iowa community. A passion for respectable business and real estate operations led Matthew to receive his degree from Iowa State University's College of Business.

Have used Iowa Home Consulting for different moves over the years and every time they’ve been fantastic. Great communication, very professional, and efficient. I will definitely be using them again and already have a job on the books to have our deck replaced.

I have experienced very poor communication we them. They were hired to do some work on our home as part of the purchase and they never showed up. They rarely if ever responded to any form of communication. We have been trying for months to get them to complete the work and have gotten no response.

Very professional and prompt with responding to e-mails and providing quality workmanship. Very reasonable in costs and quality materials. Our back porch is very sturdy, unlike the first one built by the builder.

I have had Iowa Home Consulting do a number of jobs for me this past year. Matthew is very good at communicating and always responded in a timely manner to any questions I had. Also, this company does everything! I had them put in glass tile back splash in my kitchen, then they put in can lights in the ceiling, they repaired the transitions from the tile to the wood floors, put in sun tunnels, fixed the bathroom lighting, and fixed any area of my ceiling where there had been a leak. Everything was done professionally and looks super. I couldn't be happier, and I would definitely recommend Iowa Home Consulting for anything you need done.
