JKH, Inc. prepared a comprehensive and fair proposal to suit our exact requests while offering cost saving alternatives which were appreciated. JKH, Inc. adhered to the construction schedule and adapted very well when we asked for changes and additions to the design from an architectural, HVAC/plumbing and electrical perspective. The craftsmanship was excellent and the job-site (our occupied home) was always kept clean and neat. The work still looks great after more than (6) years. The scope included complete renovation of our den and main bathroom, a new sun-room addition with a full basement and a complete new exterior envelope including siding, shingle roofing, soffit, fascia, gutters and downspouts and new concrete steps and sidewalk to the new addition. JHK, Inc's tier subcontractors performed as well as JHK, Inc in regard to quality of work and cleanliness.

Highly recommend! We used this company to remodel our 1800’s farmhouse. Timmy even created a built in hutch with wood found in our barn! That’s just one of many amazing features created for our home.
