I can with confidence state that this is a high quality operation that focuses on customer satisfaction and is managed professionally and competently. James River Construction transformed our indoor and outdoor living space! We contracted with JRC to renovate our existing master bedroom, add a sun room and create an outdoor oasis complete with travertine hardscape, kitchen, fire pit/propane tiki torches and water feature. They were great to work with and accommodated numerous add - ons for us along the way. Ken Felts and everyone who works for / with him is a class act. Full Kitchen Replacement - Demolished and removed the kitchen down to bare wall studs and built new kitchen according to our specs. Coordinated all the proper experts for electrical, plumbing, drywall, and all the rest. Accepted last minute changes with no argument or delay in the job. It came off exactly as expected. Also came back several times later to tweak things at no additional charge.
