J&I Home Design

J and I Home design is fantastic option for any home improvement you need. My wife and I used them to renovate our back yard. Solomon and his team turned our back yard from an area we were not able to use to an area my family is able to use and uses daily. They start by meeting with you and doing a professional computer rendering with a designer, which helps you visualize what your project will look like. Solomon is very helpful and professional. He was great to work with and if any issues arouse they were handled immediately. I would definitely recommend J and I home design to anyone looking to do a large home renovation project.

J&I Home Design just completed our backyard and rooftop project. We started in October, 2022 but due to crazy weather in Southern California this year, a project that should have taken several weeks, took several months. Because of Solomon and his amazing team, they were able to navigate around many challenges the weather brought, fix unforeseen issues along the way, all while being absolutely professional and amazing! If I had a question or an issue I needed resolved, all I had to do was reach out to Solomon and within a day, there was a plan in place to address any concern I had. Aside from all this- the quality of work and product is unbeatable. J&I has managed to find all the best companies in Los Angeles to meet all of our needs, thus also providing the best materials. Pool cover, demo and rebuild of pool and deck, new railing, fences and gates, framing, leak repair, roof repair, landscaping, etc. etc. etc. if you want the job done right, this is the company you should hire! In the end, Solomon has become family.

We had water damage in our guest bathroom/bedroom and originally hired Ilan for that repair only. We ended up with having J&I Home Design doing the following, wall cut out and barn doors installed in entryway for relocation of office, office wall build in, fireplace/tv build in, door installed at the bottom of stairs leading to attic, under the stairs build in and master bath remodel. Needless to say, we are pleased with J&I Home Design and would recommend them for any job needed for your home or business. Ilan is a perfectionist and the work is wonderful!

The J&I Home Design team executed the entire process professionally and efficiently from start to finish. The required paper work was filed in a timely fashion and installation completed on the date promised. The process was explained and any question quickly and accurately answered. The install crew took the time to review the equipment locations, functions and left the work area as they found it. Once the system was operational they scheduled a meeting to review the operation and online monitoring process. The solar selection and installation process can be a stressful one. Finding a great company like J&I Home Design makes the experience enjoyable.

After dragging our feet on redoing our kitchen, we found J&I Home Design. Shlomo responds quickly and will come out to put an estimate together. It was easy and hassle free. Especially since we knew generally what we wanted. Throughout the process Shlomo was quick to respond to questions and inquiries. We had the cabinets painted and they were masterfully done by Ilan. New sink, countertop, backsplash really transformed the kitchen. Would use J&I Home Design again for anything.

They did a really great job on the remodeling of my kitchen! Really diligent and efficient work considering they finished replacing our chipped tiles and new countertop. The work was done super quickly and my family is happy with how it turned out. Not to mention but the workers were super friendly and were happy to answer many of the questions i had while telling me a few things about what they were doing while remodeling. The best last thing that earned the last star was the customer service. While in quarantine i thought it would be difficult to plan but the consultation and and quote were really easy. Overall. great place for getting house remodeling, reasonable pricing, and nice staff! I would highly recommend J&I Home Design to anyone.
