Kitchen Floor Project exceeded my expectations! We had done a complete kitchen/laundry room remodel approximately 10 years ago, with another reputable home remodeling company. Unfortunately, the ceramic tile flooring we selected, fell short of our expectations. We were willing to incur the expense of a new wood floor, however, were concerned about the ceramic tile demolition process and possible damage to cabinets and the adjacent hallway tile flooring. I initially contacted flooring companies; however, they did not want to be responsible for moving the appliances, replacing the base boards and shoe moldings; nor could they assure me that the project could be done, without incurring damage and possible additional expenses from the demolition process. I decided my best bet would be a home building/remodeling company. I researched the internet, particularly focusing on local, family owned businesses. I contacted J&J Contractors, based on numerous, positive internet reviews. Owner Jason came to our home to discuss the project. He was responsive to all of my questions and concerns and I was impressed with his confidence and professional knowledge and expertise. The project was scheduled, at my convenience and completed within the scheduled time frame and within projected cost expectations. Communications with project manager Adam J were on a timely basis; I always knew what to expect. Jason and Adam both emphasized their longstanding relationship and trust with sub-contractor Andy. It was apparent from start to finish, that trust was well deserved. He and his two-man crew, Jake and Steven, were friendly, professional, efficient, punctual. Their expertise is much appreciated. We are thrilled with our new flooring! We would consider J&J Contractors for any future home projects and would refer the company to others, without reservations.

All of our projects have been handled professionally. We've had them do the roof, sunroom windows, remodeled the main bathroom and kitchen as well as the floors. Latest project was a complete kitchen remodel. Their workers are hard working, professional and handled all the little details. Enjoyed working with all of them. Adam J. was project manager on 2 of our projects and he made sure to notify us when people were scheduled and time arriving. Great to work with him.

Forever Home, Forever Grateful Our family’s journey with J&J started with a missed sale on a J&J remodeled house in Greendale--it sold just 3 hours before we could make our offer. Our mistake was waiting a few weeks to re-visit this remodel and somebody beat us to it…that may sound bad luck or like it all ended badly, but in actuality this was the best thing that could have happened, it all ended better than we could ever have imagined. I write this letter as a tribute to the hardworking group of professionals that I had the honor to work with remodeling our forever home. These professionals are the team that is J&J Contractors LLC. It all starts with Jason & Kelly and then continues with so many other talented individuals at J&J—Bonnie, Jon, Adam C., Jackie, Michael, Adam J., Evan, Danny & Josh, plus numerous contractors including architects, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, landscapers, flooring & tile professionals, painters, professional exterior siding & window installers, concrete driveway & patio pros, exterior fencing installers, HVAC, closet systems, window treatments, just to name a few…We had them all & they all brought their best--high standards, QUALITY, custom workmanship with solid craftsmanship. We are realists and know the process is never perfect, but with J&J it was handled perfectly every step of the way. To finish the story of our home…We bought another house in Greendale with the intent of working on the entire remodel ONLY with J&J--that earlier house we missed out on was the exact style & quality of what we were looking for. We knew J&J were the only ones who could make it happen. We did not take this journey lightly as our family had been through so much in the past year. We were in this for the forever home. Thank you J&J for bringing our family home to a place of true beauty & joy and giving us the new start we so wanted. We have new hope with new neighbors as great friends. J&J Contractors recently completed an extensive roofing project and interior restoration work that was caused by water damage. Everything went off without a hitch. The Project Managers Dave, Adam C and Adam J were superb. They checked in every day to be sure the work was progressing as planned to be sure I was happy with how things were going. Despite their busy schedules, whenever they stopped by, I felt like I had their undivided attention and that I was their only customer. All the work that needed to be done had to go in a specific sequence and they coordinated all of that with our issue. All the various material deliveries and subcontractor scheduling was flawless. I cannot say enough about how pleased I was not only with the way the project was managed but the finished product!

J&J Contractors completed an extensive first floor remodel of our home. We were extremely pleased with the process and the finished product. J&J strengths are experience with large projects, organization, communication and attention to detail. We had some unusual requests, and we added several things to our project during construction. We appreciated the flexibility J&J showed. Our project manager, Adam Chernohorsky, was wonderful to work with. He was always available, responded immediately to questions/concerns, and went the extra mile to ensure that every aspect of the project was properly completed. Jason Cyborowski and the whole J&J team was warm and professional. We look forward to working with J&J on the remodel of our second floor.

J&J's build process is well thought out and organized, every step of the way. Adam, our project manager, was easy to work with. He kept us fully informed and we worked through any issues that arose. Overall we are very pleased with J&J and love our new kitchen!

J&J Contractors built my family a completely custom home and my family is very happy with the results. Working with them was a great experience that allowed our home vision come to reality. J&J remodeled our kitchen and did a fantastic job! Hands down the best contracting company I've ever worked with. Everyone was so responsive and kept in great communication with us on the status of our project - not to mention friendly and fun to be around. They worked very quickly but didn't compromise the quality of the work done. I will definitely work with them on any other projects in the future.

We contracted with J & J Contractors for the remodel of our Kitchen and basement as well as having new Oak floors installed and refinishing of the existing Oak floors. We also had a gas Fireplace installed where our Fake one previously was. From the start in early April, J&J was a model of efficiency. With in roughly a week, they had both the Kitchen and Basement cleared out and ready for the rough work to begin. The employees who work directly with J&J and their sub-contractors were courteous, polite and professional. Our project manager, Adam Chernohorsky was INCREDIBLE. When there was an issue, he was on top of it in a minute. He made himself extremely available through out the entire project and finished on the deadline we requested. Words can not begin to describe how ELATED we are with our NEW home. To this day, we walk into our Kitchen and Basement and have to pinch ourselves because we can't believe this is the same house we've lived in for over 30 years. THANK YOU J&J Contractors. We were referred to J&J by a friend and we couldn't have been happier with the outcome! Jason the owner, a complete professional. Adam our project manager was awesome to work with and he really went above and beyond! Our bathroom was a complete renovation right down to the studs. Working with Dana our designer gave me complete reassurance of the end result and she's fabulous! The quality of our custom cabinets are amazing! I believe we had just about every trade represented on our project and again could not be more pleased with the outcome. We are hoping to one day soon be able to renovate our kitchen and we would definitely hire J&J again.

J&J was amazing and we could not be any happier with the end result. The professionalism and expertise was second to none. J&J Contractors installed a new roof on our home and garage. They did an excellent job, tearing off all the old shingles and replacing a few areas on the house and garage where the underlying wood had deteriorated before beginning to reshingle. We appreciated the care they took to fix any underlying problems, and we were so impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of the work crew. They protected flowers and bushes that surrounded both structures with tarps, and our yard and driveway were spotless when they left. Very pleased!

J&J did a great job on a dormer addition and downstairs remodel of our family room. New windows, hardwood flooring, drywalling and closets turned out great. Very good communication and pricing was very fair.

They transformed the entire exterior of our ugly house into a beautiful home beyond our expectations on time and within tight budget. Couldn't be happier and we will definitely hire them to work on the inside.

J&J Contractors remodeled our very small, barely functional 1970's first floor Muskego bathroom. The overall size of the bathroom was cleverly increased by opening and renovating the vanity area into a large bedroom closet on the other side of the bathroom without great loss in closet space and while maintaining the closet doors so that they are balanced with the bedroom doors across the hall. Kohler fixtures such as an Age-in-Place shower/bathtub unit and Numi toilet along with attractive tile and fixtures converted the gloomy and uncomfortable bathroom into a SPA type area now very comfortable and to use. The area was also made Senior safe with added grab bars that don't detract from the design. Everyone "loves" the look and functionality of the bathroom now. The company completed the job quickly (less than 2.5 months) and was careful to monitor the budget. Unexpected issues were dealt with professionally and expeditiously, For example, the overhead heater unit was louder than expected, and all efforts were made to reduce the noise. Everyone was pleasant to work with, skilled and consulted with recommendations along the way. Photos are available upon request.
