Jeff Lally Renovations

Jeff Lally has worked on two homes that I have owned. He has remolded three wash rooms which included removing and installing a standalone shower ( lined in marble tiles), two bath tubs, two toilets and installing marble tiles on the floor of two bath rooms. Jeff was all ways on time and willing to work with me on ideas of what I can do and what I cannot do. I can’t wait to work with Jeff on my next home renovation project.

I hired Jeff to install a kitchen I purchased second hand. He helped with the design to my new-to-me kitchen. He even helped remove the kitchen from the existing home!!! Jeff was incredibly professional & great to tell me when my ideas were good, but also explained when they weren't so good why they wouldn't work. I'd recommend this contractor when doing anything to a home or deck. He is clean and respectful!! I cannot wait till I save up enough money to hire him to tile my bathroom!

I hired Jeff Lally Renovations to renovate the kitchen at Mt. Pakenham ski hill where I was the General Manager for many years and I couldn't have been more pleased. Jeff and his crew did an excellent job updating the kitchen doing work including drywall installaton, taping and painting etc. The work was completed on time, on budget and very professionally done. Jeff also did other work at Mt. Pakenham for me such as building decks, landings, roof overhangs, and a new roof. He competed many interior projects as well including renovation of the ski patrol clinic and lounge. I would not hesitate to hire Jeff Lally Renovations in the future and I urge other potential customers to experience a "Do It Right The First Time" type of contractor by hiring Jeff for their next project. I have had Jeff to do various renovations over the years from tiling ,drywall, and replacement of windows and with each job was very pleased with his professional approach to completing the job in a timely manner. I would definitely use his services in any future renovation.

I have used Jeff Lally to renovate each of my last three personal homes and have always been impressed with his work quality, professionalism and cleanliness. In our current home, Jeff completed the basement rec room construction and finishing, including installation of drywall, suspended drop and drywall ceilings,and painting. He also installed tile in the kitchen. On our previous home, Jeff installed exterior vinyl siding and did interior painting. Jeff was always professional, courteous and completed the work on time. We were very happy with the quality of his work.

Jeff was recommended to me by a real estate broker who had used Jeff's services herself. We had spent a great deal of time looking for someone to install a new staircase railing in a home that was 113 years old. I cannot say enough good things about Jeff as he is definitely a "make it right" the first time type of professional. Jeff came to the home on time, prepared an estimate and said the job could be done within a week. This was music to my ears after such a long search for someone capable of doing the railing. Jeff took the added measure of having a colleague come with him to confirm the length of handrail required. They then went to pick up the materials and delivered them back to the house. As promised, Jeff showed up on the Friday and completed the railing on time. It looks wonderful and was one of the main focal points when the house was listed. The buyer commented that the staircase an new kitchen were the reasons she bought. I have recommended Jeff to many people since and will continue to do so.
