I called JITA for emergency help on a water leak on the refrigerator line in the home we have for sale. Since I went to this home every couple days, I needed to get the water leak stopped. As it turned out the water had caused serious flood damage to floor, tile, wood floor, moisture up the walls etc. The representative at JITA was right on the project, having us contact the insurance company, getting the mitigator out to get the full extent of the water damage. The original dry out took several weeks, then each project had to be analysed and the procedures for restoration begun. THis has been two and 1/2 month project. JITA worked with us and insurance company constantly. A contract for the sale of the house was established during this procedure and the buyers were also consulted as to the restoration process. Any delays were due to the insurance co. Jita had its work done on time and with the finest communication with us owners. I wouldn't wish this kind of claim or problem on ANYONE, but having used JITA in the past for personal home additions they were the first I would call - knowing that we are customers and our concern in prioritized with them.

I have used JITA Contracting for multiple projects and am in the process of hiring them again for a kitchen remodel. The work product and customer service are excellent. In a town like Durango it can be difficult to find reliable contractors and JITA always surpasses expectations.

We had several odd jobs to be completed including dry wall repair and carpentry. JITA did everything that was asked of them, and performed quality work. No change orders, no price creep.

Joel and his JITA team renovated two bathrooms and rebuilt our deck. Their performance was outstanding. They had excellent recommendations for any problems we wanted to solve. Their workmanship was superior. They were on time and on budget. We definitely recommend JITA for any renovations or new construction you have.

Have worked with JITA Contracting on a number of projects, and all has gone extremely smoothly. Joel and his team have been extremely professional, responsive, and had the patience to discuss a number of different scopes of project options for different home improvement needs we had, from foundation work to floor refinishing to a series of minor repairs. While we have yet to do any large-scale projects with them, they seem to have experience in all aspects of home improvement, and were able to provide advice and quotes for a variety of different projects, from exterior to interior to larger-scale construction. Once the project began, work was completed in a timely manner and within budget proposed, with all questions resolved. I'd recommend JITA without hesitation, we have done nearly 5 projects with JITA to date, and are currently looking at doing a couple more, and they will be our first point of contact for future home repair or remodeling needs.

I'm a real estate agent here in Durango and have not only recommended JITA's services to many clients, but have hired them for major projects on my own home as well. JITA came in, removed every inch of anything that registered moisture, and rebuilt beautifully while working closely with everyone involved in the sale of the home, including the buyers. We have made repeated attempts to Jita Construction to fix many things they have done incorrectly. We have continued to be frustrated by their lack of attention to detail and communication. We have wanted them to come back and correct many things and have been unsuccessful in them returning to finish or correct their work. We would highly recommend using a different company. We have had a very negative encounter with Jita construction

We had JITA resurface our oak floors. They did an amazing job. Darren and his crew were very professional and the floors look brand new. They made the process easy and they stuck to their proposed pricing. The amount was exactly what they bid.
