The home on JMR’s cover picture is our house that JMR built as a general contractor. It was built in 2017. My overall feedback about JMR is as follows : Run the other way. Don’t look back. Don’t work with JMR. John Ramos and JMR will make your life hell. Details : Price : John under bid to win our project. Then the nightmare of change orders began. Mistakes he had made which we had to pay for. It cost us 25-40% more in each area Schedule : JMR is aggressive with time estimates. In our case he bid 14 months to complete. It took 24 months. And we still have open issues after 3 years. Quality : Anything John does will be poor quality. Pick your subs yourself. Get others to bid and get recos for subs from others. Project management : Poor. John is not organized. Not detail oriented. And doesn’t have ability to multi task. We paid the price in delays and extra costs. Warranty : We are having the hardest time getting warranty or even a response to issues with the home. Happy to talk in detail with you and share the journey we had with JMR.
