I bought a new home and hired Joe to fix several things that came out of the home inspection and to lay flooring and change out toilets. Some of the painting work outside was not complete, a leak developed upstairs where the faucet was not installed correctly. They had to come back out and repair and fix the ceiling. The flooring was not installed correctly and the material under the flooring has moved and is now spongy which is causing damage. I am very disappointed in the work. He refuses to come out and correct the flooring.
