Tim and crew were awesome! If I could give higher than a 5 star, I would. We remodeled our master bath, kids bath, and kitchen - moving our laundry room so that we could have a bigger kitchen. They were so flexible and helpful when we ran into foundation issues and sewage issues - which both put our remodeling on hold until those were fixed. Everyone who worked on our house, tear out, plumbing, electrical, cabinets, paint, and touch up were nice and professional and excellent in their area. Kay was great in helping picking out countertops/tile/flooring/paint/etc. Could not have been happier with the result. For the master bathroom, we completely changed the layout of the closets and bathroom. They worked out a plan with our huge existing windows that were incorporated into the shower (replacing a tub that was never used). And created custom cabinets in the new his/hers closets. For the kitchen, they moved the laundry room and replaced our kitchen nook (also rarely used) with a huge island that has comfortable seating for 6. The best part of the kitchen is the appliance area which can be closed to hide any mess - but when open is amazing. Basically, I gave them multiple Pinterest pictures of everything I wanted in a kitchen, and they delivered on all of it - and even more. I can't describe how much I love our new kitchen. We spoke to several contractors before choosing Johnson Renovations. We are so happy with the remodeling they did for us. They remodeled our primary bath, hall bath and kitchen. They also helped us get our fireplace surround updated to a beautiful porcelain.. Tim and Kay are great to work with, as is all of Tim's crew and staff. Tim and Kay both had great ideas and helped us create the right designs for our house. Tim and Kay and the crew and staff all worked consistently, and all are problem solvers when changes needed to be made. We enjoyed getting to know all of them!

We highly recommend Johnson Renovations! They did an incredible job giving me the magazine worthy kitchen and butlers pantry of my dreams! The craftsmanship and quality of work is superb! Tim is fantastic and you can tell how much he cares about each project, just as he does about the experts on his team. We hired Johnson Renovation for a significant kitchen/living room remodel after talking to what felt like 100 contractors. Our experience was greater than 5 stars- they listened, were attentive and provided updated communication. When we encountered issues, Tim always came with a solution. You will NOT find a better team than the guys at Johnson Renovations!!! Hands down, the best of the best. From the moment we met Kay and Tim, we knew wanted to work with them. We consider ourselves lucky to have be able to have do so. They gave us the house of our dreams. Beyond our dreams even. They did almost our entire home (removing popcorn ceilings, new baseboards, paint throughout, full bathroom gut and remodel, fixing bad areas around the house, an entire kitchen gut and remodel, new fireplace, new flooring...you name it, they did it). And not only did they do an amazing job, they did so quickly and on budget. Speaking of budget, they are so conscious of your money and keeping their costs as tight as possible while delivering the best work. They truly love what they do and it shows. Tim is unlike anyone you'll ever meet. The kindest, hardest working man who is a perfectionist when it comes to the work him and his team do. He's so knowledgable about all things home remodel. I have crazy high standards and they never let me down. Kay, Tie, Pepe, Javier...the entire team has become family and I'm almost sad they won't be in my house everyday anymore! Excellent communications, great trades (both in personality and skill!), and super responsive to our concerns and last minute changes! Project: Renovate the narrow guest bath by replacing shower/tub with walk in shower, take down bulkheads over shower and sink, retile floor, and replace counter and sink. Our kitchen was renovated by another business in 2022, and while the end result looked great and most of their trades were good to work with, this bathroom remodel by Johnson Renovations was a better experience. We loved having designer Kay McGrael to help us pick fixtures and finishes - we really have no design sense, just an "I know what I DON'T like" vision, so we were so happy to have her take us out to choose tile, fixtures, shower glass and countertops. The project moved along quickly, and we were regularly updated about who was coming when without prompting. Tim and his project manager came out regularly to check progress, and also when my husband wanted to discuss how something had been done. Everything was resolved to our satisfaction - even when I told the electrician to do one thing and then changed my mind 15 mins after he left! All the trades who came in were friendly, respectful, and careful of our house. Best of all, everyone at Johnson Renovations are funny, friendly and just a joy to have working at our house!

My husband and I set out to renovate our entire home. It was a huge job and we interviewed many contractors. We picked Tim Johnson because of his attention to our wants and needs while also suggesting even better ways to do what we wanted. He is very detailed and ensures everything is done correctly. The project took many months, but Tim was communicative and listened when we had questions or were concerned about the process. When you hire a contractor for work in your home, you want to know you can trust them to have people who can do the job correctly and to your standards; to know they will be attentive to your concerns and available to respond, not only when the job starts but as the job progresses to completion. We hired Johnson Renovations to completely demolish and renovate (plumbing, electrical, tiling, painting, custom cabinetry) our dated, tired and crowded bathroom. Tim Johnson and his assistant Karen Mcgrael helped us make decisions that would give us the bath we wanted without the trremendous effort of trying to do it ourselves. We found Johnson Renovations to be trustworthy and skilled at getting the right people to complete our bathroom, with as little disruption to the rest of the house as possible. They were consistent in communication and faithful to quotes.

I think we met with 10 to 15 renovations company when we met Tim and Karen. It was like having lunch with an old college buddy. From start to finish our 2 story 620 SQFT addition has been on time, on budget and exceeded expectations. Tim has a team of professionals that he trusts and so will you. We talk to about 8 different contractors and design people before we chose Johnson Renovations. Tim and Karen were wonderful to work with and very good at adjusting to changes or challenges. We got our dream master bath and bedroom on the timetable they projected and on budget too! We will be working with them on future projects soon!

Surpassing my budget the overall experience working with the polite and professional crew and vendors, we are over the moon pleased with such a job well done. All of our boxes were checked from timeliness to communication of what was to be expected from week to week. Suggested materials, decor and knowledge thereof have all been satisfactory. While in the midst of a worldly pandemic, all precautionary measures were taken as well as matters of privacy as I worked remote throughout the entire project. Johnson Renovation has a new found customer for life.

We completed a whole interior renovation of our home including complete removal/renovation of the kitchen and both bathrooms. We had a general idea of what we wanted and the look, and Johnson Renovations really worked with us, giving us suggestions/ideas to ensure we were happy with what was done and that the look flowed throughout the house, while working hard to keep everything we wanted within our budget. Their attention to detail is excellent and we are more than happy with the finished renovation. We feel it came out even better than we could have expected and that the money spent was well worth it with no regrets. A year later, there is nothing we would change and are just as happy with the renovation as the day it was finished.

We are very pleased with the work Johnson Renovations did at our house during the month of June. From start to finish everything went according to schedule. We were most appreciative of the ease in communicating with Mr. Johnson and his responsiveness in returning texts and phone calls. A great thing for us, also, was that "they came when they said they would come." Tim's associate, Karen McGrael, was very helpful with her expertise in design ideas and product selection.

It was a pleasure going through the remodeling of the kitchen with Tim and Karen. Tim scheduled the stages so that I would not be without a sink for longer than necessary. His tile man and other helpers were polite and did a good job. They were on time and kept the project moving along. Karen selected the counter material, backsplash, sink and hardware. Listened to what I had in mind. Brought over two selections of each and all I had to do was chose one. We are very satisfied and would definitely use Tim again.

Our projects with Tim were executed wonderfully with the utmost professionalism and poise. He ensured that we were well-informed every step of the way, even when we changed courses along the way, he made nothing impossible. He integrated our design ideas with his knowledge to create a masterful finished product that far exceeds our expectations.
