Jim and his team did an awesome job on our remodel. The house now looks brand new and has so much curb appeal many people have stopped by and commented. Jim is very creative and added to our list of ideas. His team was first notch and very professional. We would definitely recommend

JP Builders checks all the boxes. We decided to build a get-away in the country and JPB did the design, helped us find the lot, and did a fantastic job A to Z. Jim (of JPB) is an artist when it comes to construction and design. Jim and his crew are craftsman that take a lot of pride, not only in their work, but in making sure everything is just as the client wants. From that perspective it is like dealing with craftsmen from another era. Most importantly, Jim and his crew are great guys and as honest as the day is long. Jim has done two projects for us over the years and I can make a 100% guarantee – you will be very, very happy with the outcome.

It was the reviews on Houzz that led us to JP Builders. We hired them to tear down and rebuild an existing deck with a screened in porch below and surrounding concrete pad while keeping a permanent awning structure in place during the entire construction period. Jim and his crew did an outstanding job. Their knowledge, expertise and attention to detail shows in the results. The workmanship is beyond our expectations. We worked closely with Jim on decisions that had to be made throughout the project. Jim is passionate about his work and was always asking us if we were satisfied. We are fortunate to have found such an honest and outstanding builder.

Jp Builders did a renovation and restoration of my 4800 sq. ft. home. The quality a his work was way beyond anything I could have imagined. He is a honest dedicated builder, whose main concern was always our satisfaction. I would highly recommend his company without reservation. His creativity and insight was incredible. He turned my home into a paradise. It is hard to find contractors like Jim.

We hired JP Builders LLC to do extensive structural repairs, stonework, windows & cedar shakes to our camp in 2009 and again to our guesthouse in 2012. Jim and his crew did an excellent job. We feel very fortunate to have found them. They were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and hard-working. They kept us informed every step of the way, kept the worksite cleaned up every day, worked to keep costs down and finished in a timely manner. The work is impeccable! Again, the work is impeccable!! Jim has a gift of vision and artistry and he was able to marry the old structure and new together beautifully. We are constantly complimented on our property and we have Jim Parandes to thank for it.
