Our design team can provide you with everything you need to complete any home renovation. We go beyond the traditional contractor by walking homeowners through all aspects of the project including filing for zoning or historic applications as well as researching potential property purchases.

As an interior designer, it is always a pleasure to work with a talented group of builders and JPS is just such a group. We truly worked together to transform our client's rather basic beach house into a home they loved and that functioned for the way they wanted to use it. JPS really stayed on top of the job and worked with me to add all the special finishing touches that make this updated vacation home so special. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to remodel or build. They are a pleasure to work with both professionally and creatively!

We were very pleased with the work JPS did with our kitchen and dining room addition. We particularly liked their approach -- very professional, never pushy, and always willing to provide alternative options. In the design phase, Jamie and Julia were very approachable and were creative in coming up with solutions to meet our needs. Most importantly, they always responded promptly to any of our queries. The JPS employees and crew was wonderful -- they were skilled and very respectful of our space. Our project manager, David, was always helpful and reassuring. The project was finished on time and we continue to get compliments from family and friends on the renovation.

Kitchen renovation & addition. During the process of the renovation and addition, I was extremely impressed with many aspects of the organization from reliability and respectability to the quality of workmanship. I was given professional guidance throughout the entire process and felt that I could rely on the management and crew to keep me apprised of the goings on each day. The project finished in a timely fashion and now I'm enjoying my new room and gorgeous kitchen!

I recently hired JPS Construction to build my dream home. Right from the beginning, they were respectful of my needs and easy to communicate with. They took the time to explain options to me in a way that was easy to understand. They even introduced new ideas that I may not have considered. Although we did go over budget slightly (mostly due to my design choices), the project was completed on time and I was in the house before Christmas.

We love JPS Construction!!! We hired JPS to do a total reconstruction of our home. The project started in October and we anticipate the finish time is estimated for September. All work has been finished in a timely manner. The quality of their work is impeccable and their work ethic is the best that I've encountered. The JPS employees are on the job site everyday through all types of weather. They are extremely professional and full of integrity. The quality of their work is amazing!!! Our home looks beautiful!

Kitchen remodel. JPS demolished the existing kitchen including the floor and removed a section of wall. The project included new cabinets, plumbing, electrical, flooring, and granite countertops. The work was done to our total satisfaction. It was done on budget, on time and in a professional manner. We will use JPS again for any future projects and recommend them enthusiastically.

We worked with JPS Construction and design on a large renovation of a dated contemporary waterfront house. They worked closely with us and our architect in the design phase to ensure our vision was brought to life. Through phone, text, and email, JPS was in constant contact and many on site questions could be answered in a timely manner through the use of photos. Our new house is spectacular and couldn't have been done without the hard work of JPS Construction and Design. We look forward to working with them again on future projects.
