Julian Builders, Inc

We purchased a river house/cabin several years ago and interviewed several contractors for a remodel and addition to our home. Julian Builders was our final selection for two separate projects. We live in Los Angeles and use the river home for vacations and relaxation. Both jobs were coordinated from Los Angeles via FaceTime and photos. We were able to chose our tiles, flooring, cabinets etc when we were in town but 95% of the work was done when we were out of town. About 4 years ago Julian Builders added a large craft/sewing room , custom built in cabinets, attic storage area, screened in porch and a bathroom. After enjoying the addition we decided in the fall of 2019 to gut the kitchen and two bathrooms, add a fireplace and move walls. We were there in December with 95% of the work completed. We were very pleased with the quality of the work. We hope to drive to Heber Springs this summer to enjoy our home. If anyone is considering using Julian Brothers I know you will love their workmanship and honesty. You can not find a better company to remodel or build your home. I wish they had an office in Los Angeles. :)

This was our first experience building a home, and I would do it again with this company in a heartbeat! I didn't have an architect or a floor plan, so we literally took it a step at a time, with Bill (Julian) drafting it as we went. He was professional, creative, and patient with us! The quality of workmanship was great, and they have been good at coming out any time we have an issue or question, 4 years later!

When my husband and I decided to build a lake house at Greer's Ferry Lake a few years ago, we interviewed numerous builders. When we first met with Bill and Elesha of Julian Builders, we instantly knew they were the right company for us. They understood our vision, helped us perfect that vision and realized that vision beyond our wildest dreams! The communication throughout the process was ideal, their craftsmanship was impeccable and we now have a lake house that we adore! We enjoyed every minute of the building process and are now enjoying our home more than we could have ever dreamed! Thank you Bill, Elesha and Travis for everything! I wish I could give y'all 10 stars!

Julian Builders is in the process of doing a major renovation of my vacation home. They are doing an outstanding job. The work is proceeding in an orderly fashion on schedule and is high quality. They are respectful of budgetary issues and willing to be helpful in ways that are over the top. I would use them again and recommend them highly.
