If they had a place for zero stars that's what this company's rating should be. I have so many complaints about Kaye, and their workmanship it is ridiculous. They do not hold their contractors liable for their jobs. I lived only 15 miles from the new construction, so I could monitor their work. Financially they group any extras in a lump sum and you do not get any detailed invoice. Vague at best. I defiantly recommend a lawyer when dealing with them. Or better yet use a different contractor. They never held the meeting for the 30 day review. I had to call them. So it was somewhere between 2 and 3 months. Out of the yhings that were noted only 2 have been completed. they were just done within a month or so. If I didn't complain even they wouldn't be done. An example I paid about $3000 for 5 trees of which 4 died. They are not requiring the contractor to replace them. They got 20% over the cost of them. They have a high turnover of employees I have to deal with different people on the same problems. The picture is the end result of a contractor digging up the piping. This was the repair, instead of replacing the piping. They were going to pour concrete over this without back filling. All of this extra piping makes getting hot water to the master bath longer. They will build the home that you want base in your style, design and budget. They have video tour from each floor plan they have and they really connect with you.

Lots of meetings that went nowhere. They never had pricing as promised. My wife does not trust Stuart Kaye the owner. He changes his story and the process frequently. I would not refer this company to anyone.
