My wife and I couldn't be happier with the outcome of our renovation. It was an extensive renovation throughout the entire interior of our 1950s bungalow and Geoff Kennedy's team of professionals were up to the challenge. All new electrical, plumbing, HVAC, insulation, windows, floors, two bathrooms, kitchen and even new structural components were required. We can't say enough about the quality of work by all of the trades and Geoff expertly guided the process and managed the project without compromise. During an extensive 12 week kitchen/foyer renovation which involved removing 2 walls and a completely new layout as well as new floors, trim, closet doors,windows and cabinets, they were pleasant and professional, turned up early and worked hard throughout the day until the job was done. I would highly recommend Geoff and his company for any type of renovations. He was recommended to me by the designer Kim G. They have an excellent working relationship. Geoff and his highly skilled team enlarged my bathroom, put in a walk-in closet and created a new bedroom. He also hired the painters who did an amazing job of painting every room upstairs and downstairs. One of Geoff's skills is the ability to co-ordinate his electrician, plumbers, painters, and his team effectively. They were punctual, efficient, and a delight to work with. Another of his qualities was his willingness to listen and to communicate well. There was nothing left undone when he was finished, with an attention to detail that was exemplary. The quality of the fit-and-finish was exceptional. My place looks incredible and Geoff made the pains of renovations a terrific experience. I would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone.

The attention to detail....wow. You know those magazines that have pictures of "show homes" . That is what you get with Kennedy Build. Geoff did a small job for me , my downstairs bathroom. Now all my other bathrooms are envious.
