Our property on Boca Grande (Gasparilla Island) was damaged by Hurricane Ian and we were desperate to find someone to help us rebuild it. He listened to our goals for for the building, had great ideas of how we might improve it, and quickly presented an extremely thorough and detailed quote and timetable. Despite numerous unexpected problems, not only did he complete the project on time but also within the initial budget. He also successfully navigated an extremely complicated permitting process. He was professional, detailed, and meticulous (in fact, our cleaning lady commented on how clean the place was kept even during construction).
