Keyner Construction completed a master bath remodel for us that exceeded our expectations. Our 1963 Mid-Century ranch home had a small master bath that was not working out as we aged. To remove this roadblock from staying in our home the Keyner team designed a new master bath by absorbing part of the adjoining closet. Our new bathroom has the room to easily navigate and the large walk in shower is wonderful. The team suggested heated floors as an upgrade. The heated floor has turned out to be a favorite feature. We were concerned about lighting to be able to see in the shower. So many showers have no lights. Keyner installed a LED panel on the vaulted ceiling above the shower. The LED light is tremendous we no longer have to worry about being able to see in the bathroom and falling. The remodel included a furniture looking vanity and converting the swing door (that was in the way) to a rolling barn-style door. Overall the design and quality of the work is first rate and we have had no problems. You will not go wrong having the Keyner people remodel your home.

Keyner Construction recently built a new home for me. From the design phase until completion, the members of the Keyner team were very professional. The excellent quality of their work and their integrity made me very comfortable working with them. The experienced team members, especially Janice and Michael, offered several suggestions that I am very pleased with. The team consistently told me what they would do, and then did what they said they would do. Hans works hard to be certain that his customers are very satisfied. Keyner Construction replaced the French doors in my town home and they look great! Hans and his staff made sure the work was completed quickly and professionally. I have additional home improvement projects planned in the future and I look forward to Keyner Construction completing those for me as well.

Hans and his staff did an excellent job on my complete remodel some years back. I found him to be honest and competent. His workers were professional and always friendly. The remodel was finished on time and done well. Any cost over-runs were mostly from my own requested changes or additions and were never done without a full discussion prior to implementation. If I had need of a project, large or small, I would not hesitate to call on Hans Keyner.

I called Keyner Construction in need of a new hot water heater. Hans was extremely quick to respond and he arranged everything. It was completed quickly and perfectly. I would recommend Keyner to everyone.
