Krogstad Construction did a great job on our basement cabinets and fireplace stone work. Dennis and Nick were great to work with. I highly recommend this company.

Krogstad was great- and so were the people he worked with. The designer was patient with me as I changed my mind a few times. The working crew always left the construction area as clean as they could; which I really appreciated. Dennis and Nick were always very pleasant- and would do extra things that I would ask. The project was completed on time. I LOVE my new kitchen and have gotten lots of complements.

I work professionally with Dennis Krogstad and I have had him do work at my own home. He is knowledgeable, organized and most importantly listens to what his customers want. I have recommended him for several project and will continue to do so in the future.

My husband and I bought our home in 2007. The home had a large deck that we had to take down, last year, due to shifting from frost heave during the brutal 2013 MN winter. We were planning on saving labor costs by building our new deck ourselves (we had built a bigger more elaborate deck at our previous residence). Unfortunately, about a month before we were ready to start the deck, my husband hurt his back. We started searching for deck designs and builders and came across several contractors. We contacted the contractors, interviewed them and called the references given. Krogstad Constuction is whom we chose as they had everything we were looking for-even a design of a deck we liked. The owner is onsite doing the work every day; work started promptly at 7:30 am, a 1 hour lunch break was taken, and work ended at 4:30 pm. When I say "work" I mean "work". I knew the deck would be great when I saw how meticulous they were in measuring, and re-measuring. The deck looks fabulous and the workmanship is impeccable! My husband and I did a great job building our other deck, but it took weeks not days; and there were a few small mess ups here and there that only we knew about. This deck was completed in 4 days, there are no mess ups, and all we have to do is seal it and enjoy it! No sore muscles, bruises fingernails, scrapes/cuts nor any husband/wife arguments. It was well worth paying the extra labor costs. Our priority was to have a sturdy deck that can get through MN winters, a deck that is pleasing to the eye, and a deck that was well made and safe. The extra bonus was the nice gate made to keep our 3 small dogs on the deck! Krogstad Construction delivered! We recommend Krogstad Construction to anyone and everyone!

Dennis reconfigured two bedrooms, two closets, and a bathroom to create an owner's suite according to our plan. He was professional, maintained a very clean work environment, and stayed on budget and on time. He was very willing to accomodate our wishes, and took care of every detail for us. It was a pleasure to work with Dennis.

We have had Krogstad Construction do a couple of projects for us. I highly recommend them! Easy to work with and do a great job! This last project, we closed in our front room, and it is now our favorite room in the house. We had a couple new walls built, french doors installed, painting done and recessed lighting put it. Also, had our fan relocated to a different spot. A few years ago, we also had them finish part of our basement. Can't wait until I can hire them for my next project.

I am very pleased with the work that Dennis and his team have done. Great work at very reasonable price. We have used them for several remodels on our home including screened porch addition, bedroom addition over the garage, and a kitchen remodel. I would highly recommend.

Krogstad Construction replaced our rotting deck boards with a composite/plastic. They were professional and very thorough in their clean up of the job site. The job was done in time. Very pleasant working with Dennis and his crew.

Dennis Krogstad Construction company completed two full bathroom remodeling projects for us. Both bathrooms, the master bathroom and the main bathroom were totally remodeled. Dennis' crew arrived on-time, were very respectful of our home's environment, and cleaned up the work site each evening before going home. Dennis' professional knowledge of the projects and his experience within the business made the remodel of both bathrooms smooth and seamless. We had two total remodels, tubs, toilets, sinks, floors, tiling, heated floors, and custom-built cabinetry. New lights and vents were also installed. Dennis kept us informed about the work completed during the day and would update us each evening as to what the next day's work schedule included. Dennis is very knowledgeable about his construction business, and he was able to answer all of our questions and concerns. He stayed within the project time-line and on budget. We are very particular people and were happy to see that even the smallest of details were carefully completed. We would highly recommend Krogstad Construction for any of your remodeling projects.
