Thank you to Kevin and his team from the bottom of our heart! We knew right away when Kevin welcome us to his office. he is the one and we are right!!!! The same team from begging to end and we didn't want to say "goodbye" to everyone when they finish all job. We felt like they are our family. I also had so many questions about detail and everyone gave me the right answer to help us. We did some DIY at the same time and couldn't finish it without there advice. They finished all job done right before our kids' school start. Yay! On time!!! And Kevin's team even helped our hassle moving. We love everything that they have done. We got so many compliments from friends and family. Nearly two years after the renovation, we had to contact him for small fix( It was boiler company job and it wasn't even Kevin's worker's job) He handled it right away and we are so happy that someone is always on our side. This isn't our first renovation ( 3rd time) and none of our previous contractors wasn't responsible like Kevin. We highly recommend him and his team. You'll thank you even two years after!!!!! I wish Houzz have more than 5 stars. We'll give them 100 stars:)

Kevin and his team did an incredible job finishing my basement. They really took the time to not only do the job in a clean and safe way but, to ensure the job was done right. I️ can’t recommend them higher. PS - our kitchen need a remodel soon.

We were extremely satisfied with K.S Restoration. They were very professional and listened to our needs. We were not certain of the way we wanted everything done and they were very patient and helped us to achieve the look we wanted. I would highly recommend them. They did everything from painting, electric to woodwork and creating a beautiful fireplace. Everyone who steps into our home wants to know who did the work and loves what was done.

I would highly recommend ks Restorations. Kevin remodeled our bathroom right before Sandy. The day after the storm, we went back to our house to see the damage and the first floor of our house was destroyed. While we were there Kevin showed up at our door and he showed us how to start demolishing the walls, which helped us a lot. Kevin and his crew are all very nice and professional. We have used him several times and have never been disappointed.

We are so happy to have proceeded with KS restorations for our Beach Bungalow renovations. Kevin and his team could not have been more accommodating they managed to solve any issue that could arise throughout the process and made our dream come true within a timely manner. January, 2016 Choosing a contractor for a home project takes a good deal of time, research, and thought, but all of it is worth it when you choose KS Restorations & Home Improvements, Inc. What impressed me most about KS, besides the final outcome, was Kevin (President) who was so thorough, upfront and professional before, during and after the project. The job in my home of splitting one very long bathroom with two entrances, one off the bedroom hallway and one from the master bedroom, into two separate bathrooms, a guest (hallway) bathroom and a separate master en suite, was no small feat. It tested everyone’s patience when product defect after defect delayed the process. But, Kevin kept advocating for me and working with the suppliers from which I had ordered the products. This helped to keep the project’s completion a priority and not one lost somewhere in paperwork on someone’s desk. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention Kevin’s great crew, aptly led by Albert, a craftsman whose attention to detail, positive energy and creative problem solving, along with his team of Gil, George and Eric completed the project with the highest possible level of workmanship. I was always aware of their level of care, respect and cleanliness which I greatly appreciated. Jessica, a valued office team member, kept me aware of all the information needed to trust that the project was on tract. She and Kevin were always a phone call away if I needed to address an issue or ask a question. If I were to do it all again, without hesitation I would choose KS. This is the most professional company with whom I've worked. They arrived on time every day and completed the job within the time frame, despite some set backs that were not their fault but rather the suppliers. They were considerate of us and covered everything and cleaned up every day. Kevin was on site frequently and constantly in touch. He had some excellent ideas to improve the project and the bathroom came out more beautifully than I had imagined. I recommend them highly. The workers took such pride in their workmanship, which was above my expectations., and paid attention to every detail. Construction of one's home can be difficult but they made the process stress free and actually enjoyable. I cannot sing their praises more highly. I would use them for any future projects.

KS was referred to me by various other former KS clients in my building. This was my first experience working directly with a contractor and I could not have been more pleased. Not one complaint. The entire team was personal, easy to talk to, highly reachable, attentive to detail and really caring about a perfect finished product and making the client happy. Kevin Sime spent numerous hours with me picking out the right combination of countertop, backsplash etc... something that is just not my strength. He really cared about making the job a total success. I only have total praise about the team, the experience and the final product.
