We hesitated to call KSM Builders since it was a young company with few reviews, but we are very happy we did! We needed a foundation poured for an addition to our home and were having trouble finding a contractor that would take on a smaller project or was not outrageously priced. Raul was professional, knowledgeable, competitively priced, and great to work with! He took the time to explain answers for any questions we had. He was also very responsive and communicated in a timely manner. Save yourself some time, frustration, and hesitation. Call KSM Builders for a quote. We would recommend contacting Raul for any projects you are looking at and look forward to working with him in the future!

I had the basement done. While it is still considered an unfinished basement until I can afford to have the floor and the ceiling put in, KSM Builders put in a bathroom and waterproofed, insulated and put up walls and then painted, so my basement looks really good. Especially the bathroom in the basement. It looks better than the bathrooms on the main floors. They also repaired one of the columns on my front porch and painted, so it looks really good. I wish I had taken before pictures to really emphasize the changes done. Let's just say I would highly recommend them when you need updates done to your home.
