KTE, simply the best. They did a complete renovation of our home from top to bottom and the results were exactly what we wanted...pristine and beautiful. But it wasn't just great results, Jonathan and Starr are down-to-earth folks who were fantastic from beginning to end. They convinced us early on that they actually cared about us and wanted the best for our renovation. They listened, gave us a great estimate, stayed on budget, worked with us tirelessly throughout the project, and followed up to ensure we were nothing short of completely satisfied. Goodness, where to start? Jonathan with KTE Contracting did an amazing job with my kitchen remodel, I highly recommend him. He not only did the remodel (see Connolly residence pics) but replaced an existing sliding glass door and added a kitchen window. He was very easy to work with, came in on budget and finished in the timeframe we asked for. He promised to be done by Christmas and was true to his word. Being out of state second homeowners he was great about sending pictures to keep us updated. I asked a ton of questions throughout the process and he was very patient and helpful without being condescending, which as a woman I especially appreciated. I highly recommend hiring Jonathan, he does excellent quality work and you will not be disappointed.

KTE Contracting performed a complete remodel of our kitchen; flooring, drywall, cabinets, countertops, lighting...the works. These folks are knowledgeable, personable and efficient. They kept us informed of the schedule, all problems they encountered throughout the remodel and provided reasonable solutions. KTE hired and supervised high quality subs to make sure each part of the job was completed as promised. We are very happy with our new kitchen and highly recommend KTE for your project.

We have dealt with many contractors on various projects in Eastern NC and KTE Contracting has been the best experience thus far. Having prior dealings with firms both large and small has given us the experience to know the high quality and exceptional customer centered experience in our most current project consisting of multiple trades (electrical, plumbing (gas and water), siding, framers, and sheet rockers. Johnathon handled management and coordination of all the trades involved in the addition and kept us constantly updated. Johnathon was on site every day ensuring that the subs knew what to do and also came back to inspect the work afterwards ensuring that every aspect was carried out with exceptional attention to detail. We were very impressed and recommend KTE Contracting for any upcoming projects from large to small.

My wife and I are very pleased with the work KTE did on our home in Hubert, NC. Starr and Jon knew our situation and assured us the work that our home needed. would be done in time; we had to TX for my new job. Not only was the job completed on time, they went above and beyond to accommodate the inspectors and Realtors that were coming to the house. I highly recommend to anyone, that they give KTE a call. KTE built our first and forever home. Jonathan, Starr, and crew have been great from start to finish. Jonathan is very reliable and responsive to questions or concerns. He has been very accommodating to and requests or isssues that we had during the process of building our home. KTE pays close attention to detail and makes sure things are done the right way. Mike and I can not be happier with the work KTE Contracting did on the beautiful building they created for us along with our Dog Kennels! It is far more than either of us could ever imagine it would have been. We are both so proud to show off our little corner of Anita Forte . Not only was the work completed far beyond our expectations but they passed all inspections with no issues and stayed on top of everything being done which included our fence which wasn't even part of the build.
