I hired L.J Home Services to do my two bathrooms renovation. They were very professional handling my renovation giving me exceptional attention and customer service. I'm very happy with their services and how my bathrooms renovation turn out. It was exactly how I envision! Can't wait to do the rest of my home renovation...

Yet another disappointing outcome from a home contractor...this must be #10 for me.. I had LJ Home Service and Solutions Corp. do a walk through/meet and greet to discuss renovation ideas. They were cordial, making a point to inform me how important their "reputation" is during our discussions. After what I would consider to be a positive meeting, I was told that I would receive a proposal in a week. A week later, I called to remind them about the proposal. Repeated unsuccessful attempts to contact them later, I received an email stating "we haven't forgotten about you", and will send me their estimate by end of day. Three days later I called them back, and after more repeated unsuccessful attempts to speak with them, I finally received a call. I was given an apology and a couple of excuses as to why I hadn't received the bid yet. The contractor was ill, they were checking on getting the best price for materials... ok, fair enough Again I was told by end of the day I would receive their proposal. After repeated attempts to seek answers, nine days later, I have yet to receive correspondence in any form about anything. After my last and final attempt to contact them moments ago with again no response, I am left feeling I must write this review. Ironically, the one thing that they inarguably were during this process was unreliable. If the folks who had previous work done by LJ are satisfied with the results and gave praise to this company, that's great for them. My experience was quite the opposite. I am not recommending LJ Home Services due solely to unreliability. A company of this kind's "reputation" is built on reliability and quality of workmanship. Unfortunately, I saw neither. No service... No solutions... just frustration. I feel the need to clarify to those who may think I am being harsh and/or impatient. An extended deadline for me would have been fine, so long as I was kept informed. Sadly, it was a total lack of communication that solidified my decision to write this review. I believe these are good people and I was looking forward to working with them. It is unfortunate that instead I have to state my negative experience with LJ so other homeowners can make more informed decisions. Home renovation is harrowing enough without having to be concerned about the company you choose to work on your project.... Upward and onward.

LJ Home Services was probably the best Home Improvement company I have ever done business with. They were amazing! From start to finish, they were in constant contact and they did exactly what they said they would do and what I envision for my new apartment. I was blown away with the customer service and quality of their work. I had them remodel my Office and now my Apartment. They both look amazing! If you are looking to remodel your Home or Office, LJ Home Services is THE BEST companies out there. For the quality of work and installation that you receive, you will not find a better company. Thank you so much, you guys are the BEST !!!

The Company provided reformation services. They worked for about a month in the house and we are very happy with their service. They worked both inside and outside the house with a high standard service.

I am extremely satisfied with the services received. They worked in my townhouse, painting, adding drywall to improve and modernize the closets. Installed doors, light fixtures and bathroom closets and acessories. They were courteous, efficient, and did a great job. I highly recommend them.
