LAKE CHAMPLAIN POOLS

This horrible company turned our pool into a gloppy mess for the second year in a row leaving it unusable for weeks. In opening the pool, Instead of pumping filthy water and a ton of leaves off the cover, they dumped it all into the clean water and left. It was a full month and a lot of hard work before we could use the pool. They did the same thing again this year despite their reassurance they would not. They did not even come to the door to announce their arrival, just snuck out back and dumped the filthy water and leaves in again. When we complained, they sent someone over a few times to try and clean it but it's still filthy and they will not come back to finish. Summers are short in Plattsburgh so if you want to use your pool, don't use this company. We never will again.

UPDATE TO REVIEW: Kay from Lake Champlain Pools called and took care of all of our issues. I am glad they worked hard to resolve and make our experience better. Thank you, now our stove is working and we have been happy being able to use our stove. Original Review: Bought a propane stove from this company. Nothing but issues since day one. Tom the manager is rude and could care less about his customers. He hung up on my husband after stating they would be at our house to repair the value that was leaking propane into our house. They stated for 4 weeks that they would order the part and repair the stove. They have zero respect for their customers. Also techs do nothing but complain about their boss the whole time they are working. We now have no heat and it’s November and Tom could care less. This has been the worst customer service I have ever had. So if you are looking for a stove go elsewhere because they are over booked and honestly they don’t care.

I hired this company to close my pool. They did an ok job. They were rushing and did not have time to answer my questions.

I purchases a propane fireplace insert for my cabin. The team did an excellent job, and they even went out of their way to accommodate my request to connect the fireplace to a smart thermostat so I can control it remotely. Great job! I have used Lake Champlain Pools for years. They are always will to help in anyway possible with opening, closing and general care of our pool. When I decided to purchase a spa Lake Champlain Pools was the only choice for me. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them.

the guys came and did an great job installing our above ground pool. my favorite thing is how willing to help with any questions after their job was done. the staff knows their stuff. highly recommended!!!

They are always respectful, on time. I have used them for years but this summer I am going to need help in a big way! If I can come up with the finances I know I can trust them to do the job.
