Amazing company to work with. Construction in home was a dream to go through. They were very communicative through the whole project and left the site perfectly clean each night. We had an addition put on our home to expand the kitchen and both Rick and Jim were so great. They completely transformed the space and were very detailed. Great workmanship and very talented. Highly recommend! Absolutely love our new Kitchen!

I would title this - You Get What You Pay For. I can't say enough good things about Rick & Jim of L&M. This was a fairly large project - they tore down our three-season porch and built a two-story addition. They were always incredibly respectful of the rest of our home, keeping it clean, minimizing disruption to our lives and even picking up the work site each day. They were meticulous from the planning stage to the excavation through the construction and right down to getting the putty colors right (4 different colors) in the sliding door threshold! The level of communication, detail and care they put into this project amazed me every day. The result is a beautiful new, sunny room overlooking our lake with a fabulous gym below. L&M is more expensive than others, but you can't beat the quality of their work and their professionalism. I can’t wait to have them do my next project.

New addition including recreation basement, living-room with attached screened porch, master bedroom and bath with sauna and office. Full Renovation of existing home. Redesigned and renovated kitchen, new wood flooring through out. Indoor and outdoor painting. We love it!
