Tony and his team turned a run-down cottage in coastal Connecticut into a beautiful, relaxing second home/investment property. He did my floors, a bathroom remodel (had to tackle mold, which his team skillfully handled), and a handful of other projects, e.g. vanities, light fixtures, and LED lighting. Everything was reasonably priced as well. I had a deadline, and he met it

We have been so pleased with Tony's work at our home over the past 3 years. He helped us lift, remediate and renovate our home after Hurricane Sandy and was dedicated to getting the work done well, on time and with quality subs. He is great at working through problems that develop and maintaining a calm, can-do attitude. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to others. He has helped other family members of mine as well.

Tony Vincent has done three projects with us at two of our homes. He has broad and deep experience in construction and remodeling, a great network of professional and skilled tradespeople and is excellent at delivering projects on time. He is also easy to work with and gives you a detailed projection of budget and costs which makes for great planning. I would highly recommend him and would work with him again.

Tony Vincent, president of Langner Renovations, is a terrific contractor. He is diligent and strives to bring projects in on time. We had a big project that started on Labor Day and needed to be done by Thanksgiving -- a tall order. Tony was able to get all of the major features done -- enough so that we could have a houseful of people in full comfort for Thanksgiving. Then he came back and finished up the "punch list". We did a cost-plus contract, which reduces his risk and saved us a little money -- although the end amount was within 5% of Tony's original estimate. My only complaint was with a couple of the subs -- but Tony stayed on top of them and made good on anything we were concerned about. This is the second time we've used Tony on major construction -- the first time being 25 years ago! We highly recommend him.
