We hired Largo Green to paint 616 feet of metal fences/gates in our Townhome community and are very satisfied with the results. From the beginning, Largo Green stood out amongst the other bidders by submitting a very thorough (and informative) proposal - outlining each step of the process. The preparation work was key, as our fence had not been painted in 10 years. After pressure washing & rust removal, repairing/welding unsalvageable sections, and priming as needed, they used Sherwin Williams' highest grade industrial enamel paint. I am on the board of directors of a community and our management company introduced us to Chris and the Largo Green team. They have done absolutely fantastic work for us. We've had a couple of jobs involving our perimeter walls and fencing that previous contractors have recommended and bidded for complete replacment of. Chris and his team came in, assessed the situation, and recognized that they could effectively repair the damaged sections and save us quite a bit of money in the process. He took the time to explain the structural components, what they needed to do to mitigate the ground shifting that had caused the problem, and followed up afterwards to ensure our satisfaction. On another job, our landscapers had quoted us for felling a tree, trimming the growth around a large pergola, and doing some pressure washing. Largo Green was hired to level our Community's road pavers in five small areas. The pavers were removed. The base material was leveled and stabilized. The pavers were replaced and leveled with the adjoining pavers. Polymeric Sand was used to lock the pavers in place. The work was completed in 6 hours and everything looks great.

Chris Dickey, owner of Largo Green, and his team pressured washed my driveway & patio using an upright 24” diameter surface cleaner to refresh very soiled pavers. They did an excellent job and it has made such a big difference. Chris was very responsive when I initially contacted him to discuss the process for pressure washing the pavers surrounding my house. I live in a gated community with 35 homes. The HOA was hesitant about cleaning the pavers would damage them. Chris explained that using the diameter surface cleaner, using only water no chemicals, would clean the pavers without any damage. Since only the area in front of my house was cleaned, other homeowners saw the big difference and as a result the HOA is now hiring Largo Green to clean pavers in the entire community, a long overdue project.

Chris and his assistant fixed my wobbly fence. Because of the quality of the work performed I will be able to put off having to buy a new fence for many years. They reinforced the wood fence using cost saving techniques to stabilize, strengthen, and straighten my fence. Also They straightened the gate that was sticking out on an angle and made it easy to open and close after having to slam it shut for the past several years. They showed up on time went right to work and completed the project in under two hours. When they were finished Chris asked me to inspect the fence and asked if I had any more concerns about it. They cleaned up and left me with nothing to pick up after they left. I was satisfied with Largo Greens shower update work, until a year and a half went by and the shower fell apart. They had built a seat in the shower made of wood. The did not waterproof and just put the tile on top of the wood. It has already started rotting. The rest of the shower was done by putting my new tile just on top of the old tile. No waterproofing. They did not even buy a new pan to put down at the drain. The inserts that were built in the shower had my new tile placed on drywall!! Three contractors would not do a repair job because it was so bad that they could not guarantee it. I had the get the entire shower redone. Stay Away!!

I have used Chris on two occasions and his knowledge of the work and his work itself are exceptional. He is reasonably priced and at no charge will often add small tasks not included in the original quote. The fact the he writes an extensive estimate described exactly what is to be done is also impressive. I don't care for the rather high down payment however I know he will do the job and do it right.

Largo Green has been our go-to contractor since our first job with them nearly two years ago-- a messy water leak/mold project they remedied in short order and at a competitive price. Since then, we have come to rely on LG for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and you name it at our 13 condos in the Houston/Spring area. LG is full-service, their communications are top-notch and timely, and-- most important-- they are expert trouble-shooters. Our most recent project with LG was the challenging make-ready of two condos, each with it's own slate of unique deficiencies. LG sorted it all out... and got 'er done (as we say here in Texas).

Great experience. I hired Largo for two jobs for our small townhome community of 12 homes in the Houston Heights. They power washed our shared driveway and sanded, primed, and painted our front gate and fence. An accurate and detailed estimate was provided for both jobs in a timely manner. Once engaged, they worked directly with scheduling both jobs. I was really pleased with their ability to do both jobs quickly and without disruption to our community. We provided inspiration pictures and Chris worked to build a plan that blended all our wishes together. The team talked with us through the project and considered each aspect of the tree house to make sure my son was getting something that he will want to play in as he grows, not just what will work right now. They even bought our son his own tool box so he could "assist" in the building. The detailed quote he provided was pretty accurate to the final outcome for such a nontraditional project. I needed some boards replaced on my old fence and everyone else quoted me on replacing the entire fence. Chris was able to save me a lot of money by replacing only those necessary and adding a base board which improved the overall look. He was cost effective and did it in a timely manner.

It’s too easy to just give a price but Chris was intent on understanding the scope first. Once we discussed and agreed to the project, scope and price we ran into some weather issues. Chris Dickey and his coworker Patricio did an EXCELLENT job on our fireplace wall to install the stacked stone we selected. We procured the stone, but they handled all other tools and materials. They were great to work with, were professional, and did a great job especially around the tough curvature of our fireplace mantle! They were very responsive to our concerns throughout the project and respected our house and our baby's sleep schedule even! Highly recommend. The wet saw and some cement they left behind killed some of our grass in the backyard, but doesn't prevent the 5 star rating overall.
