YOU WILL BE IN CONTROL Rest assured, you will always have full control of your build, with our direction and guidance. While our team will work closely with you during the process, you will have the final say on decisions that need to be made regarding your home. Construction won’t begin until your plans and budget are fully dialed in, and during the build process, you will always know exactly what’s going on with your build, both on site and with the numbers. WE WILL EXPERTLY MANAGE THE CONSTRUCTION Navigating the complexities of construction, from permits to subcontractors, can be intimidating. When you build with Legacy Homes, our team will manage all pre-build and permitting requirements, all subcontractors during the build, as well all punch list items after the build. We’ve curated our preferred network of vendors and subcontractors over years who we trust to complete each part of your home with true craftsmanship and honesty. YOUR HOME WILL BE BUILT IN A TIMELY MANNER After the groundbreaking, your project will progress swiftly and efficiently. Your dedicated designer and superintendent will collaborate closely with you to guarantee timely selection of all necessary elements, ensuring the project maintains momentum.
