Lemon Remodeling is a great company that you can trust. They won’t sell you anything you don’t need. Ben answered questions about my concerns regarding the outside concrete slab of the foundation of my home in a very knowledgeable manner and reassured me that my foundation would be fine for the foreseeable future. He then went inside my house and took measurements that confirmed the exact state of the current condition of my foundation, and I now know better what to look for. You can bet that whenever my foundation does need work, I will be calling Lemon Remodeling to do any job.

We used Lemon Remodeling on a whole house remodel. We got four quotes and Lemon was in the middle of the pack. However, Ray had the best vision of how to update the space for our specific needs. We also felt comfortable with him because he wasn't just another sales man. He was an excellent project manager. He was very approachable and quickly address all of our problems. In the summer of 2018, I had Lemon Remodeling upgrade 2 of my one bedroom apartments which where somewhat outdated. After speaking with Asaf, the owner, I had him go ahead with the project. From older rugs and linoleum flooring to updated modern hardwood flooring, recessed lighting, full bathroom and full kitchen remodel, it looks AMAZING! Then, a few month later, I spoke with Asaf about a project I needed done, which would include: removing and replacing balconies, downstairs ceilings, and upstairs floors to bring the building up to 2018 code. Asaf took charge of the project, found a structural engineer, which the city asked for, and coordinated with San Jose inspectors to confirm the work in progress. To this point, I’m very satisfied with the work and professionalism of Lemon Remodeling and crew. Thank you L.J.F *I’m satisfied with how the project has progressed at this time. My parents and I worked with Lemon Remodeling to gut a rental property that was extremely dated and in need of upgrades. Asaf, David and the crew were professional and wonderful to work with from start to finish. Having been burned by contractors in the past, my parents and I were a little nervous going in. But our fears were quickly calmed by the contract review process. They are reliable, easy to get in touch with, trustworthy and the quality of work was outstanding. Lemon Remodeling did a full remodel of our extremely dated 1980's kitchen and did a fantastic job! From start to finish, they were very professional and provided my wife and I with design help and suggestions before and during the construction which was invaluable given my wife and my tendency to get really bogged down second guessing our color, design, and layout choices. Ray was our project manager and he was wonderful to work with, very attentive and constantly involved in the process to make certain everything was going well. Invariably, every construction project runs into unexpected issues and surprises (You never know what you're going to get when you start breaking open walls :) ) Ray handled each issue beautifully and was even as patient as a saint when it came to my wife and I admittedly being incredibly picky :) Asaf, is the owner of the company and he was the one that we met with initially to go over the entire project in detail and he was very easy to work with and talk to, It was obvious from the start and all during the construction that he wasn't just saying he wanted us to be completely satisfied by providing the highest quality work and attention; He and Ray and Lemon Remodeling delivered! They have obvious deep experience in construction and renovation, and it shows, and they are genuinely nice guys too! It's obvious that completely satisfied clients, highest quality work, and making what can often be a chaotic experience (home renovation) and making it as painless as possible are their highest priorities! I bought a property in Walnut Creek which needed a lot of work. The 2.5 bathrooms needed to be completely remodeled, the carpets needed to be removed and new floors needed to be laid down. My wife also wanted the kitchen remodeled in a particular way. We received multiple different estimates from general contractors but all of them told me conflicting information. I wasn’t sure in which direction to go as I am no expert in home remodeling. Then Asaf from Lemon Remodeling came to inspect my home. Right off the bat I was struck by his professionalism and the time he took to explain the work to me. We searched for a while for someone who could do our kitchen, and two bathrooms remodel at a reasonable price in the bay area. Asaf from Lemon Remodeling gave us a fair estimate, scheduled the job, and more importantly, stuck to the price! The quality of work was as good as their communication all along the project, and at the end of the job, they left my house all clean from the construction dust. We highly recommend him.

We were recommended to Lemon Remodeling by friends who told us they were easy to work with and could deliver quality without breaking the bank. We are not disappointed. We asked them to look at an attic conversion project and they sent over one of their project managers (Asaf) the next day to look at it. He told us he wanted to bring in a structural engineer to see what was possible and he came back 2 days later with his engineer to look at it again. After spending almost 3 hours carefully examining our project, they provided us a detailed quote along with a design plan, engineering drawings and a projected timeline. They did all this up front work for free. We agreed to use Lemon for this job and everything went really well. They were minimizing the dust and disruption so we were able to stay in our house while the work proceeded. Asaf was here almost every day checking on progress and answering our questions. We never felt pressure or rushed and have not had any problems or surprises.

We recently redid our bathroom to add a shower for when guests come to visit. Lemon Remodeling did a beautiful job, and finished it right on schedule. I love my new kitchen, the cabinets are not only beautiful, but it also makes cooking so much more efficient with the large drawers for pots & pans, the spice drawer makes it easy to find what I need fast. We also got installed a beautiful backsplash and new Carrera tile on the floor. The guys at Lemon Remodeling and Services re-did the lighting & plumbing, put in a fantastic counter-top, installed a new hardwood floor, put up a tile backsplash, changed our cabinets and re-painted our kitchen. Even though it's not a big kitchen, the changes they made have had a considerable impact. It looks great and the space is more efficient. They cleaned up inside after they were done each day. All in all, they worked with us to make sure that our ideas happened, making suggestions as well as incorporating ours into the plan. Recently I purchased a 2600 square ft. house from 1945. My concern was the high electric bills I was to expect during the winter and high summer temperatures. The staff at Lemon Remodeling was quick to give me an estimate and super fast to execute the job. The walls got pressure-filled, subfloor stops installed and new attic insulation (R49), replacement of thermal windows and door! My house is comfortably fresh, and the street noise is cut down to an absolute minimum. Ask them for your insulation it's the best decision we took! HIGH-QUALITY WORK!

Compare to others they are very flexible and easy to schedule as per customer time request. The job was done very professional and all on the report was explained throughly. If you need home energy audit services in the future I definitely recommend them.
