Lind Nelson Construction Inc.

Lind/Nelson is a gem of a construction company. We were referred to them by family members who have worked with them for years. They are easy-going, yet handle themselves in a professional manner, punctual, accommodating, flexible, trustworthy, and do quality work.

My husband and I used Lind Nelson to complete a major renovation project which involved gutting the kitchen and reconfiguring walls throughout the house. We couldn't have been happier with their workmanship and professionalism. They maintained close communication with us, kept to the timeline and completed the project within the predetermined budget. In addition, the subcontractors used by them were all top notch. We won't hesitate to recommend Lind Nelson to others.

We have been through construction a number of times, new homes, remodels, additions. Almost always, the process starts friendly and ultimately gets tense, ending in frustration. Not so with Lind Nelson. From the first time we met, it was clear that these fellows are careful about listening, careful about respecting both the husband and the wife, careful about focusing on details, agreeing to what's reasonable, pushing back gently on thoughts that will add cost with little benefit, finding ways to make the project happen on schedule and budget, and ultimately standing squarely behind their work. Many thought we were nuts for taking on this project...this close to the lake...barely above the lake. The Jeffs understood where I was headed and realized what a spectacular location this was; they were exceptionally patient with my wife and me...especially me... Our home is a sanctuary, as intended, nestled in a cove with our own lagoon and all-year dock. Wildlife, eagles, coots, all sorts of things. Jeff Lind and Jeff Nelson and their crew made this all come together as intended. We can't thank you guys enough.

They are simply the best! I have lived through many remodeling projects and finding a reputable company has been challenging. I originally hired them to remodel our kitchen. It was done on time, the staff showed up on time every day, we were able to make needed changes and we love it. We had a small glitch with the dishwasher two years later and they personally reinstalled it so it fit perfectly. We have since hired them for other projects and that is the plan for the future.
