I would hands down recommend Linné Renovations for your next home remodel/build project! Keith does high quality work, is a delightful human, and treats your home remodeling project with care and focus. We used Linné Renovations in 2015 for the addition of a powder room and mudroom in our previous home and had an extremely positive experience. Therefore, we didn’t hesitate to turn to Keith for work in our new-to-us-but-very-old home in 2024. The first phase of our work included the addition of a main floor powder room from an existing coat closet, the complete and total renovation of a full bathroom, and the reconfiguring of a confusing hallway-ish/closet-ish nook as an office space. Keith was able to respond quickly to our need and be onsite for our home inspection and share his high level thoughts on what would be possible, followed by a general estimation of cost and scope of work. Once we elected to move forward, he provided an extremely detailed estimation of cost and scope—and though this part takes time and focus, it helps all parties get aligned, answer key questions, and produce a reliable budget. From there, we were in close communication with Keith during all phases of the project with planning, sourcing, timeline development, and then ultimately actually getting started. Keith has a reliable team of high quality sub-contractors whom we trusted and did high quality work. This is so essential to keeping the project on track, and not something you can expect from all contractors. Throughout the project, there was full trust in Keith to do what he said he would do, and to provide clear communication about the comings/goings of each day. We finished our project on time and on budget—the only extensions past the original forecasts were due to factors outside of anyone’s control (e.g. Historical Board requirements) or because of any changes in our own sourcing/design ideas. Otherwise, Keith also proactively provided options to us of where we could save money/time vs. our original plans. Lastly—Keith is just a legitimate joy of a human. He is positive, smiling, and thinking of solutions each time we interacted. He offered lots of free advice, graciously shared contact info of sub-contractors for out-of-scope work, and is absolutely the contractor you want to have on speed dial and part of your team. How many people end a renovation and still genuinely like their contractor!??! This can be you if you go with Linné Renovations for your work!

Keith made my moody oasis come to life! My favorite part of this experience is that Keith let me be as involved as I wanted with the design and details. He's so great to work with, keeps you informed the whole way, with budget and tradesmen's schedules. I could really go on and on but we plan on working with Linne Renovations on future areas of our home.

Keith Linné and his team are incredible to work with! They brought such professionalism and expertise to every phase of our project. Keith's vision and attention to detail are amazing. From our initial phone call, to our first in-person meeting, to final walk-through and wrap, we were in excellent hands the entire time. Keith had the vision and expertise to turn an over-built closet into a beautiful and highly-functional mudroom area. Keith and his team took an overworked laundry and turned it into the most useful and gorgeous walk-in pantry. Our powder room is efficient and stunning. Keith took an open and unused space in our primary bath and gave us an incredible laundry and linen storage. This project has improved the function, design and flow of our entire home as a result. Keith partnered with us on every step from initial listening session to the finished space. He listened to our needs, and came to us with incredible vision and solutions. There are so many touches, both big and little that we would not have thought of on our own. Power outlets in the mudroom cubbies for charging school iPads and phones? Amazing! Keith is an incredible communicator. He checked in daily, and gave us a detailed run-down of what to expect. Every weekend, we received a full re-cap and update of next steps. Everything was incredibly accurate, down to the timing and scope of work. They even finished slightly ahead of schedule! We cannot compliment the care, professionalism and enthusiasm of both Keith and his entire team enough. Each and every person who worked on our project was not only an absolute expert in their field but a delight to work with. We look forward to partnering with Keith again!

We had a great experience working with Linne Renovations! Experienced, knowledgeable, professional, friendly and organized are some of the ways I would describe working with this team! Every last detail was taken care of, and we couldn’t be happier with our final result! We were blown away at the level of customer service and could expect almost daily communication to let us know where we were at in the process and what we could expect for the day. We were also impressed at the level of coordination, during a pandemic no less, and how our timeline stayed on track. The sub-contractors were equally amazing and were skilled, respectful, knowledgeable and all played a role in delivering a beautiful kitchen! It is evident by their expertise with design and layout, to paint colors and floor finishes, to overall project management, they know what they are doing and made it as easy as possible for us. I hired Linne Renovations to remodel my basement and what a fantastic experience! Keith and John are awesome to work with! Communication is definitely the key to a successful remodel. Linne Renovations does an excellent job at it! This was my first remodel (kitchen and new bar install) and it went great! Knowing the plan ahead of time helped to understand the process and know what might have to be reworked when plans (as they always do with big projects) have to be tweaked. Very friendly, good value, amazing attention to detail! Would 100% hire them again and recommend to all my friends doing remodels. Keith, Nadia and John make a great team!

We finished up a basement renovation with Linne Renovations and are SO pleased with the final product. Keith and John were excellent to work with. We were so impressed with their responsiveness, transparency, knowledge and patience. They answered every question quickly and we felt totally comfortable handing the project over to them. We had talked about this renovation for almost 10 years - Keith and John were able to complete it on time, on budget and with very little disruptions to our daily routines. The sub-contractors were efficient and courteous (and did great work). We’ve already recommended this team to a few friends for their own house projects!

We hired Linne Renovations a few months ago for a basement remodel to reno our basement laundry room into a separate renovated laundry and full bathroom. From the start, Keith and John were extremely easy to work with and always easy to get in touch with. They were always in communication with us with what was going on with the day-to-day projects and where we stood on the timeline as well as staying on budget. Everything with Linne Renovations and his team was always professional and timely. Our project finished right on schedule, which was even more impressive, given that we were asking that the project be completed during COVID times. After everything was said and done, Keith and John did everything to double and triple-check to make sure that we were completely satisfied with our project (which we were and still are). We would definitely recommend Linne Renovations to anyone looking to do any projects on their home. They will take care of your home in the best possible way and you will be very pleased with the overall result.

Very easy to work with and communication is excellent. the work performed was above top notch we are very satisfied.

Keith and his crew were phenomenal to work with. They really came through for us after a previous contractor was unable to complete the work they had started. Within a week, Keith's crew installed a 22-ft steel beam (almost 700 lbs!) and support columns for our project (which they had to re-order because the previous contractor ordered the wrong material). Keith kept in communication with us the entire time, which we're starting to realize is a rare quality among home contractors. It's obvious that Keith really knows what he's doing - he had a solution for everything and we felt completely confident in his work. Pricing was also very reasonable.

We engaged Linne Renovations for the purpose of creating a master bathroom. We were referred to them by friends and we quickly realized that Keith and his company would be a good fit for our project as well. With this being our first major construction project Keith was patient with us as we worked through all of the major decisions and planning and explained pros and cons of different scenarios. He also had a lot of good ideas to share that never would have occurred to us on our own. The start of the project ended up being delayed due to COVID with issues obtaining permits and materials, but Keith and his team kept us up to date as best as they could. There was constant communication with daily updates and in person or video reviews before major steps of the project were completed to ensure that we were all on the same page. We couldn’t be happier with the end result of our new master bathroom and would definitely refer Linne Renovations to our friends and family.

Linne Renovations is outstanding! They completed a large project for us--a basement remodel including bathroom addition, mainfloor wall removal, and cabinet installation--and did it all in ~6 weeks. They stand out as an excellent option for a couple reasons: - Pricing: Keith offered a transparent, detailed price structure from the initial bid on the project. This detail allowed us to plug & play to understand how small decisions changed our price. He updated our estimate multiple times through the project. Final pricing came in very close to the initial estimate. We were really pleased with the value they offfered. - Communication/Customer Service: Keith & John were both fabulous to work with. They are likeable, fair, patient, and take the time to make sure the customer is happy and has all questions answered. Several times we had questions come up throughout the project, and were always able to get immediate follow-up from Keith. Our 2-year old practically worshiped these two. - Project Management: Foolishly, we decided to bite off this huge project just weeks before our daughter was born. We trusted the project to get done with a clear, daily-detailed project plan. They stayed remarkably on time the entire project, and were clear to communicate deviations from plan, with fair rationale.
