This company is great! They really communicate which is key. I wanted to work with them as soon as I did a walk through with Carlos. He looked at things very carefully and is a nice person . I am very happy with the job they did on both the inside and outside of my house. Inside we used Farrow and Ball paint. It requires more work and is very specific in application. I was glad to have a company that understood how to use it. It is a family business and they are really great to work with.

Great communication and professionalism! This company is on my trusted installers list. We did a Residential wallpaper install in Maryland and currently working on a commercial install in Washington DC. Throughout the process there is always great communication and no drama when wallpaper delivery dates kept delaying our scheduled install days. There is the intention to stay focused on completing the project and the intention to be flexible to accomodate the designer/client. Highly recommended. Living Spectrum did an amazing job repainting the interior of my historic house. The whole process was incredibly efficient and well-organized, with great communication by Carlos and Ariel. The crew was expert, friendly, and solicitous of my input throughout. They met my tight timetable on time (and worked long days to make it happen). Most critically, the results are beautiful.

We recently worked with Living Spectrum to wallpaper our dining room. They were incredible from start to finish. Mannie and his team were so easy to work with and the work was exceptional. Our paper had an intricate design and the installer did a perfect job. We can’t find a single seam! I would work with them again in a second and absolutely refer them to anyone needing painting or wallpaper!

Very safe and easy to work with during the pandemic. Masked and kept distance while still being responsive and courteous. The work was perfect and they were honest about limitations given our cabinetry and how it would wear. Very friendly, easy to work with and talented. Am using again!

Mannie Mendez and Living Spectrum painted the exterior of our house and did a highly professional and expert job. They were courteous, respectful and diligent. They were on time and completed the work within the time they had allotted and within the budget. They also installed shutters for us, at a very nominal extra fee, and did a masterful job on a difficult assignment. The trim paint does not bleed over onto the walls and neither did the wall paint encroach onto the trim. Excellent workmanship. I highly recommend Living Spectrum.

YOU FOUND THE RIGHT TEAM!! Long story short, our wall paper was never properly installed AND we had water damage in a corner. When wallpaper is $100 a yard, it is difficult to find someone you can trust to do the work. Mannie came recommended by someone who was recommended by the Gracie show room. I was on a time crunch (needed an entire room repapered in silk grass cloth within a week). When Mannie kept saying YES to all of my questions, I became skeptical... he seemed too good to be true. Not to mention, he's a lovely guy with a wonderful disposition. His bid came in right in the middle of two other contractors I had bid on the job. You get what you pay for, but in this case I think I got a deal. The work was done on time. They didn't make a mess or the mess they made was contained and quickly cleaned up. Everything was put back in its place. Honestly, them doing the work properly was the least of my concerns... I was worried something already existing in the house might be damaged... like wall paper coming up the stairs or chipping furniture. Needless to say... all turned out exceptionally well! Thank you!!! Mannie and team... you should be very proud!!

We recently had Living Spectrum install wallpaper in our foyer powder room. We were extremely pleased with the job, It was a tricky pattern and Manuel the installer paid a lot of attention to detail. Manny, the owner, was very quick to respond to our scheduling request and we appreciated that he stopped by to inspect the work after the job was complete.

We engaged Mannie & his team at Living Spectrum to do a multicolored painting in our bedroom and bath. This included a wall length, built-in set of cabinets, bookcases and work space. They started with improving all surfaces (walls, cabinets, etc) before applying paint from Farrow & Ball. The room now has a lovely, fascinating glow about it that we love. Mannie and his team are consummate professionals. They have completed wallpaper installations for two of our clients. One was a gorgeous wallpaper mural in a dining room and the other job consisted of home office walls as well as the back of a bookcase.
