At Lotz Custom Carpentry Inc we special in Creating a better home. We offer a full service production from initial meetings to inspect areas of work to deep cleanings when we walk out the door. We do our own inspections, layouts and designs. Our experienced crews will come in a handle everything; demolition, framing, insulation, drywall, painting, tile and stone work, flooring, finish carpentry and more. We only use licensed and insured sub-contractors when needed for electrical, mechanical, plumbing and roofing. We truly cater to the home owners during the entire construction process. Its your home, and we are guests there. Together, we transform your house, into a home.

All deadlines met, kept us advised every step of the way, cleaned up every day, and assured everything we worked properly. Could not have asked for a better contractor.
