We contracted with Luxury Construction for our kitchen remodel and design consultation. Ana and David Restrepo are the owners and are both wonderful to work with. We started with David coming by to see what we had in mind and to give us a rough estimate of the cost, followed by a consultation with Ana about materials and colors. She then did a digital mock up of what the materials and colors would actually look like using our kitchen's dimensions, so we could get a real feel for how it was going to look as a finished product. She made some excellent suggestions about materials and colors and we ended up going in a completely different direction than what we had in mind, based on her input, and it looks stunning! We were extremely impressed with David and his team. He clearly chooses very skilled, thorough, hard working team members. And what we were especially impressed with was that David was right here working beside them, not just overseeing them. We had old wallpaper stripped off, which is a very difficult labor intensive job, texture and paint, all new kitchen countertops and backsplash, new kitchen sink and faucet, plus matching countertops in the breakfast nook and den. It was a big job and they finished the demolition and installation in just four days! We will definitely be using Luxury Construction for our future remodeling and maintenance needs, inside and out!

I am not much of a review writer, it took me two months to get this done. But it is hard to convey in words how much I appreciate the efforts that Ana, David, and co. have put in for several projects I have needed around the house. I am and will continue to be a repeat customer for a reason, being that they do exceptional work for all projects, big and small. David is involved in all aspects of the projects, and has great crews that he has vetted through years of experience working in the industry. The relationships alone make it 110% worth it to use David as a GC. Add to that the fact that Ana and David are both exceptionally creative, hands on, unique problem solvers- I could keep going, but it is the trust I have in them that keeps me coming back.

Luxury Construction remodeled our primary bathroom and painted the primary bedroom. They did an amazing job! David and Ana listened to our vision and then made it 100x better than I could have imagined. They presented us with so many options and suggestions that added so much elegance and design to our bathroom. The crew was always polite and clean, leaving everything better than they found it. David personally oversaw every piece of the construction, ensuring the highest quality. His attention to detail and determination to deliver a quality job is unmatched. I highly recommend their remodel services and can't wait to use them for our next project.
